Olympique Lyon midfielder Houssem Aouar is almost certain to leave the Ligue 1 outfit this summer. Juventus were heavily linked with Aouar in the 2020 summer transfer window. However, they couldn't get a deal over the line as they were hit financially by the Covid-19 pandemic.

TuttoSport claim that Juventus have reignited their interest in the 23-year-old Frenchman. Juventus midfielders have not exactly covered themselves in glory this season and Andrea Pirlo is keen to overhaul his midfield.

Ligue 1 has had issues with TV broadcast deals and the clubs are cash-strapped. As such, Lyon will be open to selling some of their players this summer. Aouar has now had two very impressive seasons with Olympique Lyon and Juventus are reportedly willing to shell out €40 million to sign him.

#2 Manuel Locatelli

Sassuolo midfielder Manuel Locatelli is yet another player who has been linked with Juventus for a couple of seasons now. Locatelli has grown in reputation as one of the best deep-lying midfielders in Italy right now.

Following the departure of Miralem Pjanic to Barcelona, Juventus have been without a player of that ilk this season. They could really use a player who can orchestrate play from the center of the pitch and at 23-years-old, Locatelli offers them a great long-term solution.

However, Locatelli won't come for cheap and he is reportedly valued at €40 million and that could prove to be a stumbling block for Juventus as they are in quite a bad shape financially and have other areas to strengthen as well.

#1 Paul Pogba

Juventus are interested in bringing Paul Pogba back to Turin. There is a fair amount of uncertainty around Pogba's future at Manchester United, particularly after his agent Mino Raiola said his client was unhappy and wanted to leave the club back in December.

However, Pogba has looked committed to Manchester United's cause on the pitch and there are indications that the club will offer a new contract to the Frenchman. However, if they are not able to extend his contract, then there's every chance that they will try to cash in on him this summer.

But Pogba won't come for cheap either and Juventus will need to offer one or two players in exchange to sign him from Manchester United. Pogba would be a great addition to Andrea Pirlo's system and he has had a hugely successful stint in Turin as well.
