New suitor identified in Memphis Depay’s chase
Serie A side AS Roma are set to sign Manchester United outcast Memphis Depay on a season-long loan in January. A decision on Memphis’ eventual destination is yet to be made.
Everton to beat Manchester United and Liverpool to sign Van Dijk
Everton manager Ronald Koeman is ready to anger his former employees Southampton after declaring his interest in in-form defender Virgil Van Dijk. According to reports from Daily Star, Koeman has initiated talk with Van Dijk’s representatives and is even ready to pay Southampton’s £40million asking fee. Courtois holding Chelsea to ransom with Real Madrid interest
Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has put his new deal on hold amid growing interest from Real Madrid, according to reports from Marca. The report claims that Courtois is not sure of extending his Premier League stay once his contract ends in 2018 and Real Madrid’s willingness to bring the Belgian back to La Liga has put an end to Chelsea’s hopes of agreeing a new deal with Courtois.
The 24-year-old will wait till Real Madrid’s transfer ban is ended in January 2018 before deciding on his future with Chelsea.
