Todd Cantwell is a 21-year-old midfielder who has cemented his spot in Norwich’s first team over the past couple of seasons, coming to the fore as the Canaries rocketed up the Championship table to eventual automatic promotion.
Cantwell was dubbed as the one to watch out for by many pundits before this Premier League campaign began and it’s clear to see why. He’s already scored twice and created two assists in eight games thus far. He doesn’t show any signs of slowing down, either.
As a result of his solid performances so far this season, Cantwell has earned 33 points in total. This tops many other players in his position and for just £4.9m, you'll save a considerable amount if you sign him rather than the more popular players who don't necessarily accumulate more points.
Even if you don't feel like you can incorporate him into your starting eleven just yet, Cantwell still makes for a very strong substitute, which is a role often overlooked in the FPL.
