N'Golo Kante's Premier League story is an incredible one. He joined Leicester in the summer of 2015 from SM Caen for just £8M and then miraculously went on to win the Premier League title with the Foxes!

It's safe to say that nobody really expected that to happen but Kante would prove any doubters wrong a second time following his £30M move to Chelsea the following summer; here, he won the Premier League title again, cementing himself as one of the Premier League's best midfielders.

Things got even better for Kante at the 2018 World Cup, where he would win the trophy with France. This caused his market value to skyrocket from around £72M at the start of the tournament to £90M by the end of it. His value has been the same ever since and will probably stay that way for a while.

Kante was linked with a move to Real Madrid and Barcelona in the summer, but neither club were willing, or possibly even able, to pay what Chelsea demanded for the French international.
