Hazard should join Madrid
Former Manchester City star Emile Mpenza has stated that Eden Hazard should leave Chelsea this summer. The Belgian has been linked with a move to the Bernabeu for almost a year now and the player himself has shown his keenness at joining the Galacticos.
His relationship with Sarri has also not been the greatest, further fueling the exit rumours. And now, Hazard’s compatriot Mpenza has urged him to leave the Blues because he has achieved a lot at the Stamford Bridge and should go to Real Madrid in order to improve.
"I think he wrote a page in Chelsea's history book and now he has to try to go somewhere else," Mpenza said.
"A player always wants to move to another team to improve. Real Madrid won three Champions Leagues [in a row], and Hazard hasn't won it with Chelsea.
"If he wants to improve, he can go to Madrid to become stronger."
Mo Salah a fantasy for Juve
Juventus sporting director Fabio Paratici has denied the stories linking Mohamed Salah to Juventus. There were rumours of the Old Lady wanting the Egyptian superstar but Paratici has rubbished those claims.
He stated that Juventus have already signed a star player in Aaron Ramsey and all the stories of the Liverpool star being wanted are “fantasy football.”
“At this moment, it’s all fantasy football, it’s only February, so nobody knows what could happen in June,” he said.
“I believe we’ve already signed a big player and it’s [Aaron] Ramsey, who has 350 appearances with Arsenal. He is already a big signing for us.”
Julian Weigl
Borussia Dortmund star Julian Weigl has refused to rule out a move in the summer transfer window. The midfielder was linked to Tottenham in the summer and then again in the winter market.
And now, he has claimed that while he doesn’t want to make a fuss about leaving because he loves his team a lot, he refused to make a concrete statement about what could happen in the summer.
“I know what I have at the club. That’s why there was no reason to kick up a fuss or walk away, I really like the guys too much for that,” he said.
“You will see that. I can not say what’s going on in the summer.”
Barca want Kante
According to reports in Spain, Barcelona want a successor to the throne of Sergio Busquets and have eyed a move for N’Golo Kante. The Frenchman has been played out of position under Maurizio Sarri and Barcelona now want him at the Camp Nou.
He would, however, cost over €100 million at least.
Benitez could have sold Joselu
According to the Chronicle, Rafa Benitez received a tempting offer to sell Joselu in the winter transfer market but refused to let the striker go because there wasn't enough time to sign an alternative as cover for the Spaniard, who is the only backup to Salomon Rondon.
