Several Premier League clubs, including Arsenal and Chelsea, are reportedly interested in signing Ayyoub Bouaddi. The 17-year-old midfielder plays for LOSC and his impressive performances there have led to comparisons with German maestro Ilkay Gundogan.

Bouaddi has turned heads with his display for the Ligue 1 club this season while making his place in Bruno Génésio's squad amid injuries and suspensions. His development has attracted attention from many prominent clubs including Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, and Juventus.

Ayyoub Bouaddi has started in 10 out of the 18 appearances he has made for Lille this season while registering one assist. TBR Football reported that Arsenal scouts have been in awe of Ayyoub Bouaddi's impact on the pitch and are keen on acquiring his signature.

However, it appears that LOSC are not ready to let the young talent go. They are interested in retaining Bouaddi amid the possible departures of Jonathan David and Angel Gomes and are planning on offering the Frenchman a new long-term deal.

Ayyoub Bouaddi started his senior career with his boyhood club Lille in 2023. He became the youngest player (16 years and 3 days) ever to play in a European club competition game. Overall, he has 36 appearances for the club while providing two assists. His contract there is valid until the summer of 2027.

Along with the number of clubs interested in signing Bouaddi, the Premier League sides have another hurdle in the transfer race. The midfielder does not turn 18 until October, which bars him from signing for a Premier League club this summer.

Arsenal reportedly interested in signing Chelsea target Benjamin Sesko

Arsenal and Chelsea are keen on signing RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko, as per transfer expert Fabrizio Romano. The 21-year-old was a top transfer target for the Gunners last season but the player turned them down. He joined the Bundesliga side from Red Bull Salzburg in the summer of 2023 for a reported transfer fee of €24 million.

It seems Arsenal's interest in Sesko continues this season as well to strengthen the squad. This comes especially after some unimpressive performances by Kai Havertz and Gabriel Jesus in the ongoing campaign. Chelsea, meanwhile, are also keeping track of the Slovenian.

Benjamin Sesko has recorded 11 goals and three assists in 23 appearances across competitions for Leipzig this season. The Bundesliga star's consistent form has attracted attention from multiple clubs. Fabrizio Romano confirmed the reported interest and said (via Tribal Football):

"There are really many, many clubs keen on Sesko. It could be more than 5 clubs. But it's not a topic for January, the Sesko case will be open again for the summer and that's when the real suitors can emerge with concrete talks. At this stage, nothing is advanced with any club yet."

Overall, Benjamin Sesko has registered 29 goals and five assists in 65 appearances for RB Leipzig. His contract at the club is valid until the summer of 2029.
