Rumour: EPL clubs Manchester United, Chelsea and Tottenham looking to sign Dinamo Zagreb's Robert Muric

Robert Muric is close to a move to Ajax, but a transfer hijack is highly on the cards.

Premier League clubs Manchester United, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are interested in Dinamo Zagreb striker Robert Muric, reports Sky Sports.

Apparently, Dutch side Ajax are close to singing the Croatian forward with their technical director Marc Overmars claiming that the player is wanted by many other clubs.

“Muric is wanted by many clubs – everybody wants him. He really is a great talent and will be a free agent in the summer. But he is not yet ours,” said Overmars.

The young striker was linked with Manchester United last month after a dispute with his club management over his contract.

According to Sky, Muric has assured Ajax that he would be moving to Holland, however, with the big clubs now joining in the race for him, Muric might have a change of mind.
