Inter Milan cool interest in Arsenal's Mesut Ozil

Despite expressing serious concern in Arsenal's contract rebel Mesut Ozil, Inter Milan have now apparently accepted that they might not get their man. The German has entered the last year on his contract and has refused to sign a new deal at the Emirates.

However, the Serie A giants seem to believe that Ozil will stay at Arsenal and sign a new deal, forcing them to reportedly cool their interests in signing the ace playmaker, as per ESPN.

Juventus shelve plans to sign Emre Can

After intently pursuing him a couple of months ago, Juventus, it seems, have given up their hunt for Liverpool's Emre Can. Despite early indications foreshadowing a January move for the midfielder, latest reports suggest that Can could stay at Liverpool.

According to Calciomercato, Juventus' chief executive Beppe Marotta reportedly said:

“We don’t think we are going to make a big signing in January,”
"We have faith in this team and in these lads. As for Emre Can I don’t think Liverpool will sell him in January.
“We made an offer for him in the summer but the Reds didn’t sell him so I don’t think they’ll change their mind in the middle of the season.”
