Lucas Perez to Arsenal a done deal

- Arsenal have completed the signing of Deportivo La Coruna striker Lucas Perez in a reported £17million deal. Perez enjoyed a stellar season in La Liga last time around scoring 17 league goals and managing 11 assists. He is known for his pace and can be used in several positions, as confirmed by Arsene Wenger.

Perez becomes Arsenal’s fourth summer signing with Shkodran Mustafi expected to be unveiled in next 24-48 hours.

- Crystal Palace have signed Loic Remy from Chelsea on a season-long deal. Former Newcastle striker was unveiled moments earlier where he confirmed that Alan Pardew was the biggest reason for him to join Palace due to their previous working relationship.

Remy was a frozen figure at Chelsea in recent seasons and was keen to quit Stamford Bridge to get regular playing time this season. West Ham were also linked with the French striker.

- Arsenal right-back Callum Chambers is on the verge of joining Middlesbrough on a season-long loan after the defender was pictured at Teesside for his Middlesbrough medical. Manager Arsene Wenger wants Chambers to get regular playing time this season and believes that he will return to the club next season as a player who will challenge for a place in the starting XI.

- Sticking with Arsenal for a little longer, Jack Wilshere has been asked to leave Arsenal on a season-long loan to prove his worth. The England midfielder has suffered constant injury scares in recent seasons and has seen himself drop down the pecking order under Arsene Wenger. With Granit Xhaka, Francis Coquelin, Santi Cazorla and Mohamed Elneny ahead of Wilshere, the Englishman is expected to quit Emirates this summer.
