- Manchester United are getting closer to signing Armenian international Henrikh Mkhitaryan. Borussia Dortmund’s CEO, Hanz-Joachim Watzke, has admitted to German media outlet Der Westen that Manchester United have made a ‘significantly improved offer’, and that they’d evaluate the offer this weekend. It is reported Manchester United have made an offer of £33.1m for the player.

- Reports in the Dutch media claim Everton are interested in signing Morgan Schneiderlin. According to De Telegraaf, Schneiderlin is very much open to the idea of a reunion with Koeman at Everton. The Dutch manager has a huge transfer kitty to spend this summer, and financially any deal shouldn’t be a problem.

- It’s no secret that Belgian midfielder Radja Nainggolan is a transfer target for Chelsea, but the Premier League side have found no luck till now. The player is keen on staying at AS Roma, and that has made things even more difficult for Chelsea.

Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport claim Chelsea still have a small chance of signing Nainggolan this summer should they further increase their offer. Chelsea had reportedly last submitted a bid of €37m, which was rejected by the Serie A club.

- Liverpool, today, announced the signing of Sadio Mane for £34m from Southampton. Mane told Liverpoolfc.com: “Today is a big day and I am very happy to sign for one of the biggest clubs in Europe.” The Senegalese forward also revealed he was tempted by the prospect of playing under Jurgen Klopp at Liverpool.
