Arsenal, Chelsea and Lazio to battle it out for Leverkusen star

Sport Bild in Germany reports that Premier League rivals Chelsea and Arsenal along with Italian outfit Lazio are all locking horns to sign Bayer Leverkusen’s talented midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu. The Turkish player has been a long time target for Chelsea but the Gunners and Lazio are trying to prise him away from Germany with an offer of a chance at immediate first team football.

Bayern Munich sign Serge Gnabry

Bayern Munich have announced the signing of Arsenal’s Serge Gnabry. In a statement to the press, Gnabry said, “It is a great honour to be part of FC Bayern. Before me lies an exciting time, which I am very much looking forward to.”

While Bayern chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge added on the club's official website: “We are delighted to see another young German national player in FC Bayern in Serge Gnabry. Serge has developed very well in Bremen.”
