Manchester United: Lindelof In, Morata on the verge, Gareth Bale next?

Manchester United announced their first signing of the summer after agreeing to a deal with Benfica for the transfer of Victor Lindelof. A statement on the club's website and twitter handle confirmed the same.

Meanwhile, as per several sources including Goal.com, Alvaro Morata is on the verge of a transfer to Old Trafford while Don Balon reports that he wants his teammate Gareth Bale to join him.

Morata has spoken to Bale personally and has urged him to join Jose Mourinho’s new-look Manchester United side. However, United are believed to be facing a battle with AC Milan for the Spaniard's signature. Morata has also further fueled more speculation after liking an Instagram post linking him to Manchester United.

Liverpool eyeing Oxlade-Chamberlain

Liverpool are understood to be making a last-ditch attempt to sign Arsenal’s Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain before he agrees to a new contract at Arsenal. The Sunday Express report that the Reds are planning a bid to sign the Arsenal winger before he agrees to a mooted £100,000-a-week contract with the Gunners. The 23-year-old Oxdale-Chamberlain came on for England to score in their recent 2-2 draw against Scotland last night.

Spurs in for Ginter

Tottenham Hotspur are considering a bid for Borussia Dortmund defender Matthias Ginter. Spurs were interested in signing the player last summer but the move broke down. However, according to Bild, they have scouted Ginter in a recent friendly he played for Germany against Denmark. It is understood that Dortmund want €20 million (£17.8 million) to agree to the deal.

Arsenal close in on CSKA Moscow midfielder

Arsenal are closing in on a £10 million move for CSKA Moscow midfielder Aleksandr Golovin as per reports from Sports.ru. The Gunners look set to beat Chelsea to the signing of the CSKA player and are likely to immediately send him back on loan to the Russian club again once the deal is concluded.
