Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 confirms return of Geno and the Imagined Order

Following the Fortnite update v23.50, the Rift Gate is on the verge of coming online, but it has been sabotaged. The coordinates were likely changed and altered. While no one is taking responsibility for this 'crime,' Rift Warden Stellan is quaking in his boots.

From the Rift Gate, an entity, a being of 'Order,' is likely to come through to rule the island with an iron fist. Although Epic Games hasn't explicitly mentioned that the Shapeless Man is Geno, only one individual loves Order as much as he does.

While it can be argued that Geno was defeated, he was never truly eliminated. With the Rift Gate coming online, he, alongside his Imagined Order, is about to land on the island.

Will Geno and the Imagined Order take control of the island in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2?

Given their unlimited resources and need to establish complete control over realities, it's very likely that Geno, alongside the Imagined Order, will be waging war against the islanders. This is perhaps why Peace Syndicate has been slowly playing a more active role in the current season.

Much like in Fortnite Chapter 3, they'll once again help fight back against Geno and his Imagined Order. However, considering the concept of time dilation that may be prevalent in other realities, Geno and his lackeys have perhaps hundreds if not thousands of years to improve their technology.

If they arrive with weapons that are at par with that of The Last Reality, the island is surely doomed. With The Seven scattered like dust in the wind, there's no one left to stand as a bulwark against the onslaught. Even if The Paradigm can establish a defensive stronghold on the island, without the others, she won't be able to fight back for long.

But on the flip side, given that Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 will be a futuristic Japanese theme, perhaps the island has had enough time to evolve. With time being very fluid in the metaverse, the islanders have also had a few centuries to prepare.

That said, Geno is not the only threat that can come out of the Rift Gate. While he is powerful, one of his generals/agents is quite possibly the most dangerous, crafty, and hated character even to set foot on the island - Doctor Slone.

Will Doctor Slone be present in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2?

Doctor Slone has cheated death once before in Chapter 2 Season 8, and has likely done so again during the war in Chapter 3 Season 2. While the Titan Tank she was in may have been crushed, she most definitely survived.

If Geno and his Imagined Order come through the Rift Gate, players can rest assured that Slone will not be far behind. This also considers that the leaked survey skins showcased two new character variants from a while ago. However, these might be versions of Slone from a different reality.

In all probability, her right-hand man, Gunnar, will also be back with a vengeance. While he may not be the smartest brute in the metaverse, with the help of technology, he could go toe-to-toe with The Foundation with ease.

It will be interesting to see how things play out if all these notable characters are added to Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2. Hopefully, the entire season doesn't become an IO versus Islanders episode again.
