Interacting with every single NPC is a requirement for completing the collection book. However, Epic Games releases new NPCs with almost every major update, which is why it's important to be up-to-date with NPC additions and movements.

With the release of the v22.20 update, Chrome Punk has been added to the game, while The Underwriter and Blackheart have moved to different spots. The Underwriter is now found at Shiny Sound, while Blackheart's ship has moved west of Greasy Grove.

Chrome Punk, the new Fortnite character, can be found at the Flutter Barn. The location has undergone a few minor changes this season and has been taken over by Chrome. Adding a new character to this location makes a lot of sense since he perfectly fits the theme.

The NPC keeps moving in the area, but he's mostly encountered on the western platform of Flutter Barn. If you have trouble locating him, simply look at the minimap once you are at the location.

Chrome Punk sells three different items to players:

• Legendary Pumpkin Launcher
• Chrome Splash
• Zero Point Pretzels

The Pumpkin Launcher costs 800 Gold and is one of the best weapons in the game. Unfortunately, it will most likely be vaulted at the end of the Fortnitemares event on Tuesday, November 1.

The Fortnite character will probably stay on the island after the event. However, considering that both the Pumpkin Launcher and Zero Point Pretzels are Halloween-themed items, his loot will be updated.

The latest Fortnite Battle Royale update has also added Chrome Punk as a cosmetic item. The upcoming skin will be obtainable for free.

Aside from the Halloween-themed skin, you will be able to unlock a new back bling and loading screen. At the moment, no one knows when these cosmetic items will be released, but we know how to unlock them.

To unlock the Chrome Punk skin, you will have to level up 50 times. The back bling will require 10 levels, while the loading screen is locked behind a 25-level requirement.

It's important to note that these are account levels, not Battle Pass levels. This means that the leveling process can be done over multiple seasons, which is why there is a chance that the skin will be included in the Refer-A-Friend program.
