The v22.20 update has brought two new collaborations to Fortnite Battle Royale. Another Rick and Morty collab is out as Mr. Meeseeks and Summer have been added as skins.

Epic Games has also collaborated with Evil Dead, and at least one skin from this collaboration will be released during the new Halloween event. Considering that this is a horror series, releasing a skin from it during Fortnitemares 2022 makes perfect sense.

Fortnite players will be able to earn three free cosmetic items during the event as well as purchase a few from the Item Shop. All of these items have a Chrome theme and are a perfect addition to the current season of the game.

As players can see in the tweet above, these items look incredible and can be obtained by completing exclusive quests. These quests will only be available throughout the Halloween event, and it is very unlikely that they will ever return to the game again.

At the moment, it is unknown what quests will be released. However, Epic Games usually releases easy Halloween quests, so completing them should not be a problem.

The Pumpkin Launcher is an iconic Fortnitemares weapon that has been unvaulted with the latest Fortnite update. Players will be able to use it for the next two weeks.

Considering that Chapter 3 does not have an RPG, this will be the first time that players get to use the iconic weapon since the previous Fortnitemares event. The weapon was first seen in Fortnitemares 2017, which took place all the way back in October 2017.

When it comes to loot changes, Epic Games has vaulted the Grapple Glove. This item was in the game for a limited time, but it may return after the event ends. Motorboats have also been vaulted.

Finally, there is a new boss located at Grim Gables. The boss drops a Mythic weapon.
