Fortnite: How to activate AMIE's Body Construction Program

After talking to AMIE, helping her recover schematics, and finding Micro Chips, all that's left to do is watch her take physical form in Fortnite Chapter 4. "Activate AMIE's Body Construction Program" is the last Oathbound challenge in the series.

Despite the task being trivial as compared to those that came before it, players might be in for a rough ride given a few factors. With that said, here's how to complete the final task at hand and bring AMIE to life.

A step-by-step guide on how to activate AMIE's Body Construction Program in Fortnite

After completing three previous challenges related to AMIE, it's finally time to help her create her robot body in the metaverse. To do so, players will have to land at Lonely Labs. Despite the POI being statistically safer than other locations, at times, it can be difficult to survive in the area.

The goal is to land and interact/activate the Hologram Brazier that's located within a small structure at Lonely Labs. Since the exact location will be marked on the map, players will not have a hard time finding it. Here are the steps needed to make the task more streamlined:

• Land at Lonely Labs
• Secure the area by eliminating the competition
• Look for the marked structure on the northern edge of the POI
• Enter the structure and interact/activate the Hologram Brazier to complete the challenge

Make sure to secure the area before interacting with the Hologram Brazier as there are quite a few voice lines to hear. They explain a few things and point towards what 'may' happen in the foreseeable future.

Why does AMIE need a robot body in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1?

For those unaware or joining the storyline in Chapter 4 Season 1, AMIE is an AI that was created by The Scientist. Ever since he went missing during the end-phase of Chapter 3, she has been on the lookout for him.

While voice lines would suggest that she's doing all of this to prove that she is superior to her creator, it's also due to the fact that she's 'weridly' attracted to him. However, in all possibilities, AMIE is trying to rescue The Scientist to save him from the Shapeless Man.

Given the knowledge he possesses, if the entity is able to 'break' him, he may reveal details about The Seven that may be used against them. While most of the members are missing-in-action, The Paradigm still stands steadfast in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1.

That said, AMIE does not know for sure what is happening to The Scientist, but based on the voice lines from the previous set of Oathbound challenges, he's in trouble. The plan is to use the robot body to travel through the Rift Gate that is being created by Rift Warden Stellan.

With the final part of the Oathbound storyline challenge going live towards the end of this month, players will get to see how things play out at the end. Hopefully, things go according to plan, and AMIE and The Scientist will be reunited on the island in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2.
