There have been plenty of direct movie crossovers in Fortnite. Nearly every Marvel and DC movie is met with an entire cosmetic set, like Black Adam, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, and others. Other films like The Terminator, Alien, Predator, John Wick and Dune have also received crossovers, so Epic Games does like pop culture.

However, there are also plenty of unknown Easter eggs that have been planted all over Fortnite. They're not full collaborations, but fun nods for fans of pop culture. Here are a few examples.

Movie Easter eggs found throughout Fortnite

In Hunter's Haven, there was a house that had a fun Star Wars reference. At the POI, Peely could be found frozen in a block of carbonite. This is exactly what happened to Han Solo in Empire Strikes Back.

2) Grizz's emote

The Grizz skin from the Chapter 3 Season 4's Battle Pass has a fun Easter egg. The built-in emote, Pick Me Up, is a clear reference to The Lion King. In it, Grizz picks up the small bear inside him and presents it to the world just like Simba was.

3) Logjam Lotus

At Logjam Lotus, there was a small pirate ship on land just in front of the lake. It was small and tattered, and looked like an old ship that had washed ashore to most. However, the logo on the flag was familiar to fans of The Pirates of the Caribbean.

4) Truckasaurus

Truckasaurus was a combination of cars made to look like a robot. It doesn't move or anything, as it is just a spot for chests to spawn on the map. However, it is a fun Easter egg for fans of Transformers as it looks just like one.

5) P-1000 trailer

The official trailer for the P-1000 skin may look familiar to fans of the MCU. In fact, it is almost an exact copy of a scene from the original Iron Man film from 2008. It sees Jonesy playing the role of Tony Stark, crafting the "suit" from scraps in a cave.

6) Chapter 2 Season 7 trailer

The cinematic trailer for Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7 featured a ton of Easter eggs for sc-fi movies. The Thing, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Independence Day, Signs, and so many more were all referenced in one place!

7) Confused Emote

Fans of Quentin Tarantino's Pulp Fiction might have recognized an old emote. The Confused's animation is a clear reference to the time when John Travolta's character was struggling to understand what was going on. This is both an older movie and an older emote, so many Fortnite players might not have made the connection.

8) Gutter balloons

During Halloween in 2018, Fortnite decided to spice things up by scaring players. They placed the iconic red balloon from It on all gutters to spook everyone around. If they were broken, the classic clown villain Pennywise could be heard laughing.

9) Stealthy Stronghold

When Stealthy Stronghold first appeared on the Fortnite island, no one realized it was filled to the brim with Predator Easter eggs. Perhaps the most obvious one was the crashed helicopter in the tree, ripped straight from the original movie.

10) Rex Loading screen

The Rex loading screen is a clear reference to the iconic scene from Jurassic Park. While the franchise hasn't gotten an official, full-blown collaboration yet, this is a fun Easter egg for fans.

11) Jason Voorhees

This tribute was small but undeniable. There used to be a hockey mask on a stick with candles, a clear and clever reference to the antagonist of the Friday the 13th franchise.
