The eleventh game of the Star Sports Pro Kabaddi Season saw yet another thriller. Trailing Dabang Delhi by 14 points at half time, the Puneri Paltan staged a miraculous comeback to take a 35-37 lead in 39th minute of the game. 4. Telugu Titans 26-27 U Mumba

The clash of the top two teams was started brilliantly by the Telugu Titans who took a six point lead at half time. But U Mumba turned the game around thanks to skipper Anup Kumar in the last ten minutes as Shabeer Bapu’s last minute successful raid gave them the win in the all-important top of the table clash.

5. Telugu Titans 39-39 Jaipur Pink Panthers

The ever aggressive Telugu Titans eased into a 9-point lead at half-time. The Pink Panthers’ resurgence was resisted quite well by the Telugu Titans until at the half hour mark the Pink Panthers inflicted an all-out on the Titans to set up an exciting last ten minutes. With momentum on their side the Pink Panthers established a 4-point lead in the 38th minute but  Sukesh Hegde and Rahul Chaudhari weaved their magic in the dying minutes to snatch a draw in the most thrilling fashion.

6. Telugu Titans 29-29 Puneri Paltan

Determined to get their season back on track, Wazir Singh led Puneri Paltan took the game to the Titans in their own backyard right from the outset. Continuing to dominate even in the second half, the Puneri Paltan lost their composure on the dying minutes. Having lost their lead the Paltan regained it in the last minute of the game, but a pursue raid caught them flat-footed as the Titan then tackled the in-form Pravin Niwale to snatch a draw.

Arguably the game of the season, the game got the very best out of the top two raiders in the league, Kashiling Adake and Rahul Chaudhary got points every time they raided making it thrilling game in the end. The game kept on shuffling from one side to the other throughout the 40 minutes until in the buzzer raid Kashiling Adake thought he had sealed a famous win for Delhi. But a successful review by the Telugu Titans team suggested that Kashiling didn’t get a touch and lost a point as that being a do or die raid which meant the Titans drew a third game at the death.

8. Bengal Warriors 32-38 Patna Pirates

Leading 18-12 at half time, the Patna Pirates weren’t able to maintain the lead as the Bengal Warriors got on even terms in the 35th minute. With both teams looking to deliver a killer blow, it eventually came from the Pirates whose defense did the trick once again, bringing down Sunil Jaipal and Mahndra Ganesh Rajput in the final two raid to make the difference in the end.

9. Jaipur Pink Panthers 38-39 Bengal Warriors

The Pink Panthers looked to seal their passage to the next round against a Bengal Warriors side playing merely for pride. But the Warriors had other ideas and completely dominated the Pink Panthers. The Champions did give them a late scare but the Warriors held on to end their campaign on a positive note.

10. Patna Pirates 26-24 Jaipur Pink Panthers

A game of huge magnitude saw the Patna Pirates in a straight face off with the Jaipur Pink Panthers for the semi-final spot. The Pirates took a slender early lead and heroically defended it to go through. But the tension and anxiety of the situation was extremely gripping as the game remained on a knife edge till the last moment.
