It's being reported that Barca intends to sign Fernandes and then loan him to Valencia till 2021 as a make-weight in their current negotiations for Los Che's striker Rodrigo.

Following the departure of Christian Eriksen, Tottenham Hotspur have triggered their option to sign Giovani Lo Celso on a permanent basis this month.
The deal is said to be worth £27 million. The North London club would have had to pay £34 million in the summer, and should have been obligated to buy him if they qualify for the Champions League.
Lo Celso signed a deal which will see him at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium till June 2025.
Christian Eriksen joins Inter Milan Christian Eriksen
Inter Milan have completed the signing of Christian Eriksen from Tottenham Hotspur. The deal is said to be worth £16.9 million, with the Italian club also to pay a sell on fee to Aiax.
In a statement on Twitter, Spurs said:
“We can confirm the departure of Christian Eriksen who has today completed a transfer to Inter Milan. We wish you all the best for the future, @ChrisEriksen8”
