What will happen during the contract signing between Pearce and Reigns?

Thanks for joining us this week, folks. We'll see you next week for Monday Night RAW
...
...
Owens signs his name on the contract, making it official. Kevin Owens is back, and Roman Reigns is not pleased.
...
...
...
...
Pearce then smiles from ear to ear and says "I've waited all night for you to do that." He walks away, leaving Reigns, Jey Uso, and Paul Heyman confused. As Pearce leaves, he stumbles up the ramp, and it seems that his knee's just not working too well.

However, it's fine. All WWE contracts say the same thing. The card is always subject to change. Pearce says he won't be medically cleared for Royal Rumble, but he's got a suitable replacement just in case.

It's Kevin Owens!

...
Roman Reigns tells Adam Pearce to have a seat but then demands Pearce stand up, as he wants his chair. They demand Pearce sign the contract, which he does in front of the entire WWE Universe.

Reigns smiles as Pearce slides him the contract. The Universal Champion signs it and stares directly into the eyes of his challenger.

Roman Reigns, Paul Heyman, and Jey Uso head to the ring, followed shortly by Adam Pearce.
...
Next week, Big E defends his IC Championship against Apollo Crews!
...

...
...
...
Crews catches Sami with a step-up enziguri, but Zayn countered a pinfall with one of his own. Holding the tights, his pin was stopped by the referee. An exploder suplex dumped Crews in the corner.

As Zayn looks for the Helluva Kick, he turns to tell his documentary crew to "get a look at this." Crews avoids it, rolling Zayn up and holding his tights for the win.

Apollo Crews defeats Sami Zan via pinfall.

Apollo Crews picks up Big E's Intercontinental Championship, and the champ stands up demanding his title back. E states that Crews won't be getting a shot any time soon.
...
Big E is joining the commentary team, with a couch and a fruit cup, while Sami Zayn and Apollo Crews battle it out in the ring. Sami and Apollo both believe they should get another shot at the Intercontinental Championship. Crews take Zayn out with a moonsault on the floor and climb to the top. Zayn knocks him off, turning things back in his favor.

...
Backstage, Carmella wants another title shot against Sasha Banks. Banks appears and agrees, that is if she can face her sommelier in a match. Carmella smiles, though he's pretty worried.
...
As Bryan goes for the Knee Plus, Cesaro launches him skyward into a pop-up uppercut. The Neutralizer plants Bryan and gives Cesaro a massive win as we make our way to the Royal Rumble.

Cesaro defeats Daniel Bryan via pinfall.
...
...
Bryan escapes and again locks in the Yes Lock. Cesaro barely makes it to the ropes with his toes. Bryan takes Cesaro up top, looking for a super hurricanrana. Cesaro blocks it, catching Bryan and turning it into a twisting vertical suplex from Bret's Rope. 1-2-Bryan just barely kicks out.
...
Back from the break, Cesaro is working over the leg of Bryan. Luckily, the damage done to his arm allowed Bryan to bring him down with the Yes Lock. Cesaro quickly escaped, though, and repeatedly stomped Bryan's leg before hitting the Cesaro Swing and locking in a Sharpshooter.
...
...
Bryan manages to monkey flip Cesaro into the ropes, and when the former US Champion falls to the floor, Bryan takes advantage with a dive. Another set of kicks pelt Cesaro until he dodges one that sends Bran's shin into the steel ringpost.
...
...
Bryan avoids another uppercut, laying into the Swiss Superman with a series of roundhouses. The running shoulder breaker weakens Cesaro's arm further, and Bryan attempts to seriously hinder him with a little joint manipulation. Cesaro gets to his feet and slams Bryan, but his arm is significantly affected.
...
Bryan brings Cesaro to the mat early before going for the arm. An over the shoulder arm breaker leads to Bryan bringing Cesaro into a hammerlock. Cesaro responds with an elbow, and a European uppercut nearly knocks his block off.
...
It's time for Daniel Bryan vs Cesaro, and this should be an instant classic.

Bayley says that "The Est" is disrespectful to the women that have built and made the women's division what it is today. She also says that since she beat Belair a few weeks ago, that should make her The Est.

Belair wants a rematch, but Bayley believes she has nothing left to prove to her. Instead, Bayley wants to take Bianca on in an obstacle course next week.

...
It's time for Ding Dong, Hello! Bayley states that this show is already bigger than WandaVision, and introduces her guest. The Est of WWE, Bianca Belair, is told to ring the door sitting in the ring before she can actually be on the show.

Belair takes Bayley's cushy chair, leaving Bayley with a basic stool.

...
...
"Ding Dong, Hello" with Bayley is up next. Before that, we see Rey and Dominik Mysterio backstage talking about King Corbin. Rey knows that Dom wants to go after Corbin, but he's a highly decorated and dominant beast and has too much experience. Dom doesn't stand a chance at the moment, but there could be someone that they could get great advice from. Who could that be?

Paul Heyman meets Adam Pearce backstage, saying that Roman Reigns agrees with Pearce about the No DQ Match not being the right stipulation at the Royal Rumble. He then breaks the news, with it being a Last Man Standing Match. Heyman also reveals that Pearce will be able to address his concerns regarding the contract with Roman in the ring tonight.

...is Pearce not the authority figure?
