WWE SmackDown Results August 7th, 2020: Winners, Grades, Video Highlights for latest Friday Night SmackDown

They mark the entire ringside area with spray paint, leaving various markings and crossing out the SmackDown logo.

They attack the crowd of NXT Superstars and trainees around ringside. No one is safe. The group seems to have three men and two women.

Heavy Machinery, Miz & Morrison, Sonya & Mandy are arguing backstage when the show's power is cut. Corey Graves and Michael Cole barely escape as RETRIBUTION takes over.

No Contest.

As the two teams brawl on the floor, Mandy Rose, with a short hair cut, takes out Sonya, leading for the ref to call for the bell.

Otis counters a roundhouse, launching Morrison overhead with an exploder. After a big splash in the corner, he hits the Caterpillar on Morrison for the pin. 1-2-No. Miz breaks it up.

Tucker blocks a sunset flip from Miz. Knocking Morrison off the ropes, he rocks Miz with a right hand and tags in Otis, who runs wild!

Back from the break, Morrison has Tucker reeling, but Tucker takes out Morrison's knee momentarily. Sadly, Miz & Morrison are able to take Tucker down with a double gutbuster for a nearfall.

Miz tags in but is just no match for Mr. Money in the Bank. Otis lays out Miz with a body splash, and tags in Tucker to sandwich the former WWE Champion.

Tucker and Otis are absolutely mauling JoMo. Otis hits him so hard that he does a triple pirouette off a shoulder tackle.

It's Heavy Machinery vs Miz & Morrison, with Tucker easily overpowering John Morrison. Sonya Deville has accompanied the former champions down to the ring.

Stephanie McMahon reveals that Sasha will be facing Asuka for the RAW Women's Title at SummerSlam. Bayley? Well, a three-brand battle royal will take place next week, with the winner facing her at SummerSlam.

Stephanie McMahon appears on screen to congratulate Bayley and Sasha Banks for their accomplishments. Minus NXT and NXT UK, they've picked up all the gold.

Big E gets hype with Kayla Braxton. So nothing new to see, just awesome Big E stuff.

Backstage, Bayley and Sasha are arguing about Asuka. As they make up, they're interrupted to be taken to the ring for a video conference with Stephanie McMahon.

Sheamus defeats King Corbin via pinfall.

Matt Riddle appears, distracting Corbin. Sheamus takes advantage, laying out the King with a Brogue Kick.

Corbin brings Shea-Mo to the mat, wearing out the Celtic Warrior.

Sheamus goes for a diving double axe handle, but is caught for a sidewalk slam by Corbin.

Sheamus is knocking Corbin all around the ring with big clubbing blows. The former WWE Champion, clearly, is the better brawler....better than a Golden Gloves Winner apparently.

Jeff Hardy defeats King Corbin via DQ.

Hardy breaks away from the End of Days but a pop-up knee to the dome sends Hardy to the floor. As Hardy stands up, Sheamus lays him out with a Brogue Kick.

Alright. That was weird. Time for Jeff Hardy vs King Corbin.

At SummerSlam, The Fiend will face his most formidable foe yet.

Bliss stops the Mandible Claw this time and gently caresses the face of The Fiend. Braun Strowman appears on screen, calling him a sadistic B******. He doesn't care about Alexa, just ending The Fiend.
