Mending is considered one of the best enchantments in Minecraft. It allows a tool to absorb the XP picked up by the player and heal their durability.

Since almost every single tool can get a Mending enchantment, it can also be applied to a brush. Though the brush is not too important a tool for most players, some might still be inclined towards applying the enchantment to it. The brush can then be held in one hand while gathering XP to heal it.

Unbreaking

Unbreaking is also a great enchantment that can be applied to a brush. It essentially increases the durability of any gear by lessening the chance of durability points decreasing whenever players use the gear. Whichever gear has a durability on it, the Unbreaking enchantment can be applied to it.

The brush's durability is 64 in Java Edition and 65 in Bedrock Edition. These numbers will decrease more slowly when Unbreaking is applied to the tool. Hence, it is one of the best power-ups for a brush, especially when players are exploring a Trail Ruin in Minecraft.

Curse Of Vanishing

Curse of Vanishing is the only negative enchantment that can be applied to a brush. It can make any item vanish from existence once the player dies.

For example, if this is applied to a brush that is in the player's inventory, and they die and respawn to collect their items, they will not find the brush because it had the Curse of Vanishing enchantment, which activated after their death.

Of course, no player will willingly apply this to their brush, but it can be used to prank other players on a server.
