Michael 'Venom' Page has responded after Bobby Green revealed he was one of his favorite fighters and wanted to meet up with him for the upcoming UFC Manchester card.

Green recently bounced back from his KO defeat to Jalin Turner by putting on one of the best performances of his career at UFC 300 against Jim Miller.

'King' dominated the bout from the off, landing multiple flashy combinations throughout the fight that left Miller beaten and bloodied. He then got the nod via unanimous decision.

Following the fight, Green was interviewed by TNT Sports' Caroline Pearce, where he called out Paddy Pimblett for a bout in the UK.

Green then stated that when he arrives in England, he'd like to meet up with 'MVP', who is one of his favorite fighters. He said:

"One of my favorite fighters is Michael Page, isn't he from over there? If I get the opportunity to meet Michael 'Venom' Page, that'd be awesome."

The former Bellator star then wasted no time in responding to Green, sharing a clip from the interview on his Instagram.

'Venom' wrote that Bobby Green has his respect and that he'd be more than willing to meet up with him on British soil. He captioned the post:

"Much respect King🫡 Link up soon @bobbykinggreen"

Ian Garry dismisses idea of Michael 'Venom' Page as his next opponent

Ian Garry has revealed he has no interest in facing Michael 'Venom' Page next.

'MVP' has become the talk of the welterweight division following his promotional debut at UFC 299. The British star faced Kevin Holland and dominated 'Trailblazer' throughout the fight to clinch a unanimous decision victory.

Following his win over Holland, Page stated that he was open to facing Garry next, believing their fight could sell big numbers in the UK. 'The Future', however, has dimissed the idea of facing 'Venom' and instead has his eyes locked on a grudge match against Colby Covington.

Speaking to Sky Sports, Garry said:

"No, his [Michael Page] unumber is not higher than mine. I want to be the best in the world, and unless your number is higher than mine, I'm not interested... Unless he passes me in the division somehow and his number is higher than mine, [I have] zero interest."
