For the women's bantamweight title clash between champion Julianna Peña and Kayla Harrison, which serves as the UFC 316 co-main event, Aspinall chose Peña.

Lastly, for the main event, a rematch between bantamweight champion Merab Dvalishvili and former champion Sean O'Malley, the Brit picked 'The Machine.'

Aspinall said:

"[Luque vs. Holland] I think Kevin Holland should win that one… [Bautista vs. Mix] I've seen Patchy Mix in the gym in Vegas, and I think he is very good. I'm gonna go Mix. [Gastelum vs. Pyfer] Joe Pyfer."

Jones wrote:

"I'm hearing Francis Ngannou is still interested… now we’re talking. That's a real super fight. A clash of champions, not just hype. He held the UFC belt, I've defended mine for over a decade. Two kings from different roads. Not just one legend facing a mouth that’s hot right now, but two real legacies colliding. That’s the kind of fight that actually adds something special to my story. 👑🔥 At least from my point of view."
