Vanessa Demopoulos jumped into Michael Bisping's arms as part of her signature post-fight celebration after her dominant win earlier tonight. Demopoulos defeated Maria Oliveira via unanimous decision in their women's strawweight bout at the UFC Vegas 65 event.

The matchup witnessed Demopoulos craftily counter Oliveira's forward pressure by utilizing her grappling skills and taking things to the mat. "Lil Monster" secured the top position and landed decent ground and pound strikes to outpoint her foe in round one.

More of the same followed in round two. Additionally, Demopoulos also managed to showcase her ever-evolving striking skills. The American fighter of Greek descent knocked Oliveira down with a well-timed punch and later landed relentless ground strikes in an attempt to secure the stoppage.

Oliveira managed to survive and tried to rally in round three. Demopoulos dealt with the pressure defensively and out-grappled her opponent yet again. She refrained from engaging in a slugfest against Oliveira. The fight ended with the judges awarding Demopoulos a unanimous decision victory with scores of (29-28, 29-28, and 29-28).

During the post-fight octagon interview that followed, UFC legend Michael Bisping lauded Vanessa Demopoulos for her performance. Demopoulos expressed her excitement about representing Greece inside the octagon and briefly analyzed the fight. She subsequently jumped into Bisping's arms and posed together for the cameras.

When Vanessa Demopoulos jestingly claimed that Joe Rogan's embrace was better than that of Michael Bisping

The 34-year-old rose to prominence as a fan favorite in the UFC after her second octagon appearance at UFC 270 in January of this year. She notably made waves in the MMA world courtesy of her post-fight celebrations.

"Lil Monster" secured a first-round submission victory over Silvana Gomez Juarez at UFC 270. Demopoulos celebrated her win by jumping into octagon interviewer Joe Rogan's arms and posing for the cameras.

In her next fight, Vanessa Demopoulos beat Jinh Yu Frey via split decision at UFC Fight Night: Tsarukyan vs. Gamrot in June 2022. "Lil Monster" once again engaged in her post-fight celebration by jumping into the octagon interview. During the post-fight press conference, Vanessa Demopoulos jibed at Michael Bisping for not embracing her like Joe Rogan:

"Joe's was way better... I kinda knew Bisping was not gonna hold me up. It's a part of his personality. I didn't take it personal."

While 'Lil Monster' opined that Rogan's embrace was better than Bisping's, the latter lightheartedly suggested that he was offended. Bisping tweeted:

"Never been so offended."
