Like other games of this genre, cooking food items for survival is an important part of Enshrouded as well. In that regard, Flour is a resource you need as raw material for cooking. Food items made with this material can help boost your strength or HP. However, you cannot find it normally in the open world. You must find Wheat Grains and then process them in the Grinding Stones to get the final product.
There are a couple of ways to get Wheat Grains in-game, and this article will discuss how to get them and make Flour in Enshrouded.
Enshrouded: How to make Flour
Obtain Wheat Grains
To make Flour, the first thing that's required is to obtain Wheat Grains. You can either gather them or grow Wheat to harvest them. The area of Umber Hollow is a good place for gathering Grains. Although you will find it in the fields scattered throughout the area, the Bounty Barn farm located there is the best place to collect Wheat Grains and other plants like Sage and Bell Peppers.
The other way of getting the Wheat Grains is by growing Wheat yourself and harvesting them. For that, you must have a Farmer NPC in your base who will help with farm crops. Wheat Grains, Water, and Fossilized Bone Dust are the basic essentials needed to grow Wheat.
