The First Descendant’s latest update, Update 1.1.4, has introduced the hardest difficulty for Infiltration missions, 400% Infiltration, and two fresh currency rewards. The 400% Infiltration missions and the new Death Stalker colossus fight are the latest additions to this title's endgame after Season 1’s Invasion missions.
This guide will detail how to access the newer Infiltration missions in The First Descendant, the rewards you'll reap from completing one of them, and more.
How to unlock 400% Infiltration missions in The First Descendant
Each of the 13 Infiltration missions can be played in the highest-difficulty variant, but prospective players won’t be able to dive into it immediately. Only the two missions with Invasion active will be playable in their 400% difficulty variant every day, and the dungeons will be refreshed with the daily reset.
Although the 400% Infiltration missions are only available for the daily Invasion dungeons, The First Descendant's Season 1 storyline does not affect its access. Players who complete the campaign and unlock the hard mode can immediately jump into the highest difficulty, provided they have a strong enough build.
They are strongly recommended to run the highest-difficulty missions with a capable Descendant and impressive weapons to have a comfortable time.
Enemies in the 400% Infiltration missions are no pushovers. Mission modifiers have been consolidated into four mods, one beneficial and three detrimental that buff the enemies. The combatants are tankier than those in the 250% missions, thanks to their 587.5% increased Defense, 107.5% all attribute resistance, and increased HP of 56.3%.
Likewise, the one beneficial mod gives players a 90.6% boost in one of the skill types each day.

All 400% Infiltration drops and rewards in The First Descendant
The 400% Infiltration missions offer special currencies and increased rewards from the standard mission drop pool. Currently, the in-game UI doesn’t show the changes in drops in these missions compared to other ones, but players can expect to fill their backpacks often.
Standard drops aside, the final bosses in these 400% missions offer Standard ETA vouchers. These can be spent at the new ETA-0 vendor for its exclusive offerings of Ultimate weapon parts, Descendant parts, slots for Descendant and equipment, etc.
Interestingly, the bosses in the 400% Infiltration missions seemingly have an increased chance of dropping Transcendent mods. The enemies you encounter in the highest difficulty also drop a significantly larger amount of Gold and Kuiper Shards.
400% Infiltration missions do not increase the amount of Amorphous Material or the chance of Shape Stabilizer being dropped. Therefore, players should farm these materials in the 250% missions, as the enemies in them are significantly easier to kill.
