Throne and Liberty's update 1.8.4 is about to roll out today (November 28 EST), and the patch notes have been released beforehand. Update 1.8.0 last week was a massive undertaking with the addition of 2-star Dimensional Circle dungeons that paved the road for T2 purple gear. In comparison, this week's update is a small hotfix.
The patch is here mostly to address some general bugs on the Castle Siege system — another recent addition to the Global servers — plus a Morph-related exploit to get rapid health regen. However, the 1.8.4 hotfix will not look at the many loot drop bugs on world bosses, nor address the long-standing Party Matchmaking acceptance bug that lengthens join time by a lot. This means the loot problem will also be present on the Tevent Archboss this weekend.
That being said, here are all the changes in Throne and Liberty update 1.8.4 as per its patch notes. Note that there will be a 200-minute (or longer) maintenance for the update that covers the weekly reset time. Maintenance is supposed to end at around 2 pm PST (November 28).
