Cole Custer is a seasoned NASCAR driver who has earned attention based on his impressive performance in different series under NASCAR. Custer was born on January 23, 1998, in Ladera Ranch, California. Custer started racing in the Camping World Truck Series where he made an impression by winning his first race in the Camping World Truck Series at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in 2014 only when he was only 16 years old. Custer also carried this success into the new season in 2024, adding wins at Pocono Raceway and Bristol Motor Speedway during which he also won the regular season championship. Cluster also made a mark in the NASCAR Cup Series by winning at Kentucky Speedway in 2020. When did Cole Cluster start his career?

Custer kick-started his NASCAR career by creating a name for himself in the Camping World Truck Series. He was the youngest winner in the history of NASCAR's national touring series at 16 years, seven months, and 28 days old while winning at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in 2014. During his Truck Series years, he won two, topped 10 24 times, and had five poles. In 2017, Custer joined the NASCAR Xfinity Series and drove the No. 00 Ford Mustang for Stewart-Haas Racing. He established himself as a driver to watch and has 15 wins and 22 top-10 finishes as of the 2024 season. The highest point of his career came in 2023 when Custer bagged the NASCAR Xfinity Series Championship. He dominated a race-high 96 of 202 laps to take the season-ending victory in overtime at Phoenix Raceway, securing the championship with a dramatic overtime finish. This victory was his 13th in the Xfinity Series and third of the 2023 season. This also marked the first Xfinity Series title for Stewart-Haas Racing.
