John Hunter Nemechek is an American professional stock car racing driver who competes full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series, driving the No. 42 Toyota Camry XSE for Legacy Motor Club. He also races part-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, piloting the No. 20 Toyota Supra for Joe Gibbs Racing and the No. 26 Toyota Supra for Sam Hunt Racing.

John was born on 11th June, 1997, to former NASCAR Xfinity Series winner Joe and Andrea Nemechek in Mooresville, North Carolina, USA. He was named after his uncle John, who was tragically killed in an accident at the Miami Speedway earlier that year. One of Nemechek’s notable achievements in stock car racing was winning the 2021 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Regular Season Championship, while driving the Toyota Tundra for Kyle Busch Motorsports. During that season, he secured five race victories and ultimately finished third in the playoffs.

According to her official website, John married Taylor Nemechek (formerly Stier) in October 2020, at the picturesque Pippin Hill Farm and Vineyard in North Garden, Virginia. While Taylor's professional background remains largely private, the couple frequently shares glimpses of their personal lives on social media. According to her Instagram post, she was born on 23th April, 1995, and is 29 years old, as of February 2025.
