Kelley Earnhardt Miller, born on August 28, 1972, is the sister of Dale Earnhardt Jr. and the general manager and co-owner of JR Motorsports. Growing up in a racing family, she was surrounded by her father's legacy in NASCAR. Kelley initially pursued a career outside of racing but eventually returned to the sport to help manage her brother's racing ventures. Kelley has also been involved in various charitable initiatives through The Dale Jr. Foundation.
