"Almost one year ago, the Los Angeles Times wrote a highly biased and factually inaccurate hit piece on me. The journalist who wrote the piece seemed to have a personal vendetta against me, I believe, due to her alleged friendship with my ex Lala Kent."

The alleged accusations made about the star will be blown wide open in an upcoming documentary about him. The Vanderpump Rules star is slated to be at the center of controversy as he'll be the main subject of the upcoming Hulu documentary called The Randall Scandal: Love, Loathing, and Vanderpump, which is set to premiere on May 22. When their relationship publicly collapses and a bitter custody dispute ensues, Randall is caught up in a swarm of bombshell allegations and lawsuits that rock Hollywood and the Bravo-verse."

However, Randall Emmett stated in his statement released to Page Six that he declined to participate to participate in the documentary. He said:

Lala Kent started dating Emmett in 2016. The couple got engaged in 2018. However, their relationship ended in 2021. Following their split, Kent has been vocal about the duo's relationship. She claimed that Emmett cheated on her numerous times. She also claimed in the Los Angeles Times exposé that, in June of last year, she tried to grab his phone after confronting him about his alleged affairs.

She commented on Emmett's reaction and said:

“He ran after me, tackled me, and knocked me to the ground. I used every ounce of strength to get him off of me as he was trying to pry it [Emmett’s phone] from my hands.”

The duo share a daughter named Ocean, who was born in March of 2021. The couple split in October of the same year as Emmett was photographed with two other women at a hotel in Nashville.

In response to Lala Kent's claims, Sallie Hofmeister, the public relations rep for the producer, denied the allegations and gave a statement to the Los Angeles Times:

“These allegations are false and part of a now-familiar smear campaign orchestrated by Randall’s ex-fiancée to sway their custody dispute. Lala Kent has lied and manipulated others in her desperate attempt to win full custody of her daughter, keep her name in the press, and remain relevant in reality television.”

The actress will be a part of the upcoming Hulu Documentary and stated that she'll finally get a chance to tell her side of the story.

Randall Emmett made his directorial debut in 2021 with the feature film Midnight in Switchgrass, which starred Bruce Willis and Megan Fox in the lead roles. In an investigation by the Los Angeles Times into Emmett's behavior on set, people have accused him of mistreating actor Bruce Willis, who had been diagnosed with dementia.

The publication reports that about a dozen people on the sets of the movie were concerned about the actor's declining health; however, Emmett carried on with the production of the movie. In the Los Angeles Times exposé, Lala Kent claimed that Emmett was aware of Willis’ health issues and told her:

"I can't do this anymore. It's just so sad. Bruce can't remember any of his lines. He doesn't know where he is."

However, the producer went on to make five more films with the actor and denied that he knew about Willis' condition during the filming of the movies. In an interview with The Times, the film's property master Alicia Haverland said:

“You would have to be blind to not see [Willis] struggling.”

However, Martin Singer, Bruce Willis’ attorney, put an end to the rumors and released a statement to The Times that said:

“My client continued working after his medical diagnosis because he wanted to work and was able to do so, just like many others diagnosed with aphasia who are capable of continuing to work.”

3) Randall Emmett's assistant accused him of firing him because of racial discrimination

In a bombshell revelation, Emmett's assistant Martin G'Blae accused the producer of wrongfully firing him and accused him of racial discrimination in November of last year. In court documents obtained by Us, the assistant also revealed that he'd been asked to pay drug dealers and prostitutes for Emmett in addition to more typical assistant duties.

However, Emmett has denied these allegations as well and released a statement via his lawyer Suann MacIsaac to Us magazine that said:

“The allegations being made are beyond fictitious. Mr. G’Blae is a disgruntled former employee who was fired for cause. During the last year he has tried to get thousands of dollars from Mr. Emmett for supposed unpaid expenses that he cannot substantiate. Mr. G’Blae will most definitely be held accountable for his actions in a courtroom.”

4) Randall Emmett has been accused of sexual misconduct by several women

"Numerous former assistants said Emmett demanded 24/7 assistance, frequently called them disparaging names and asked them to transport drugs, deliver payments to women, and put large expenses on their personal credit cards."

Another woman, via Facebook, told the publication that Emmett had "sexually, mentally, physically and psychologically" harassed her. However, Emmett has denied all allegations.
