Gordon Ramsay's brand new show, Food Stars, is all set to premiere on May 24 at 9 pm ET only on Fox. After the much-anticipated premiere of MasterChef season 13, this electrifying competition, Food Stars season 1, will showcase the innovative minds behind some of the most exciting food brands and businesses.

With a unique blend of entrepreneurship and gastronomy, this series promises to deliver mouthwatering dishes and intense challenges. In the first minutes of the first look trailer for Food Stars, Gordon Ramsay announces,

"This competition's all about searching for the next big food star."

Gordon Ramsay's Food Stars season 1 is packed with a diverse and passionate group of culinary entrepreneurs ready to make their mark. From unique food concepts to revolutionary flavors, these contestants bring their A-game to the table.

1) Aaron Valentine (@aaron.v4 & @snowconeking)

Aaron Valentine's life took a thrilling twist when his TikTok following skyrocketed after moving to Maryville, Missouri. As fate would have it, he became part owner of the local snow cone and drink shop, Kool Kats, while continuing to grow his online presence. Now he is the founder of Snow Cone King, with a TikTok following of more than 250,000 followers.


2) Ashley Davies (@happygrubmom & @eathappygrub)

The inspiration behind her brand started when she became a mother and realized she needed things to make her life easier, especially during her kids' mealtime. That's when she came up with the idea to put pancake mix in a squeeze bottle and use it to make the easiest meal, pancakes. Now, running a business called Happy Grub and being a mom are her two full-time roles.


3) Caroline D'Amore (@carolinedamore & @pizzagirlofficial)

Caroline D'Amore is a resident of Marina del Rey and the mastermind behind Pizza Girl Inc., a pioneering female-owned brand known for its organic Italian pasta sauces. With her remarkable success as a culinary entrepreneur, Caroline has now set her sights on a thrilling new challenge: Food Stars.


4) Chanel Goodson (@chanelcocofive & @veganafoodtruck)

A trailblazing entrepreneur with a passion for veganism and incredible culinary creations. With a vibrant personality and a dedication to a vegan lifestyle for over 12 years, Chanel embodies the essence of being "vegan AF." Her love for food, coupled with her commitment to animal-free products, led her to establish Vegan AF, a revolutionary vegan street food concept specializing in loaded eggrolls.


5) Chris Kanik (@ceodadlife & @smartcups)

Chris Kanik is a remarkable visionary whose passion, boundless imagination, and diverse background have propelled him to the forefront of sustainability technology. As the founder and CEO of Smart Cups, Chris has revolutionized the beverage industry with his groundbreaking printed beverage product.


6) Elisa Strauss (@elisastrauss)

With a degree in pastry and baking arts, Elisa's journey began as a designer for Ralph Lauren before her cake creations gained recognition from the fashion industry. Her cakes have been featured on popular shows like Sex and the City and the Today Show. As an author, Elisa has released two successful books and now stars on Food Stars.


7) Jake Aronskind (@jakearonskind & @peppertheapp)

Meet Jake Aronskind, the visionary behind Pepper, a social cooking app. Based in Manhattan, Jake leads a talented team in envisioning and developing the platform while overseeing various aspects such as fundraising, partnerships, and legal matters. He is now also one of the 15 contestants on Food Stars.


8) Jourdan Higgs (@provarechicago)

He is the proud co-owner and head chef of a black-owned Creole and Italian fusion restaurant in Chicago. The motto of his restaurant is,

"We Just Want to Cook You Some Good Food. Pasta Made Fresh in House."

9) Kagen Cox (@kagencox & @kagencoffeeandcrepes)

The only contestant from Washington State, Kagen Cox, is the owner of Kagen Coffee & Crepes. Born out of passion, the venture sprouted in the vacant Golden Croissant location. Initially focused on running a coffee shop, the entrepreneur's ambitions soon expanded to include a creperie.


10) Lan Ho (@iamlanho & @fatmiilk)

Lan Ho, crowned Miss Asian Global 1st Princess, transitioned from being a pharmacist to becoming a beverage entrepreneur. As the co-founder of Fat Miilk, Lan aims to empower women in entrepreneurship and challenge conventional norms. Her mission involves advocating for increased minority representation.


11) Luther Chen (@lutherchen & @lutherbobs)

Luther Chen is the proud owner of Luther Bob's, which operates as a ghost kitchen. His restaurant runs without the traditional elements of a physical dining establishment. However, he has a loyal customer base, and sales have grown steadily. Being on Food Stars might give him the opportunity to turn this into a restaurant.

The visionary behind Bandida, an extraordinary dairy-free horchata cold brew coffee, Megan Meza lives in Brooklyn. What sets Bandida apart is its commitment to empowering women at every stage of the business, from coffee growers to product photographers and accountants.

The talented executive chef behind the delectable and one-of-a-kind menus, Queen Precious is also the founder, CEO, and Spice Purveyor at Indulgent Essential Spices. With a passion for crafting healthy and flavorful dishes, she draws inspiration from her diverse upbringing in the Bronx, NY. Brings her culinary expertise to create indulgent yet nourishing meals that celebrate her multicultural background.

With a passion for crafting specialty sausages, Tony's lifelong dedication is centered around innovating and elevating the meat-eating experience, which is why he innovated steak chips.
