50 Cent recently reacted to Nicki Minaj's renewed feud with Jay-Z after the Anaconda rapper posted an AI-generated video of Hov as a woman, with the release date of her next album tattooed on the AI-generated image's stomach. For the uninitiated, Mianj has been vocally critical of Jay-Z, his company Roc Nation, and its CEO, Desiree Perez, on and off for the past few months on social media, even amid her recent online spats with SZA and Cardi B.

On October 20, Nicki Minaj reignited her feud with the Empire State of Mind rapper, uploading an AI-generated video of the rapper's face on multiple women. In one clip, the woman bearing Hov's face is seen dancing in a bikini, in the other, the character is seen wearing a pink wig and a "Queen" chain, with "3.27.26," the release date of Minaj's next album, tattooed on the stomach.

The song I’m Every Woman by Chaka Khan played in the video's background. On October 21, 2025, rapper 50 Cent, famously known for trolling his rivals on social media, took to his Instagram to repost Minaj's video. The rapper captioned the post:

"LOL WTF DID THEY DO TO NIKKI, I like when she get Mad."

Another recipient of 50 Cent's repeated trolling is Diddy, who was recently sentenced to 50 months on October 3, 2025, after being convicted on two counts of "transportation to engage in prostitution."

Ahead of Diddy's sentencing, 50 Cent took to his X account to share a parody letter addressing the judge handling Diddy's trial, which spoke about their "ongoing dispute." According to Vibe, 50 Cent claimed that the hip-hop mogul would "return to hiring more male s*x workers" if he were released.

Nicki Minaj called Jay-Z "Lace-Z" as she posted about her home being swatted

In an X post on October 21, 2025, Nicki Minaj claimed that her California house had been swatted multiple times, alleging that the same thing wouldn't have happened to Jay-Z, whom she referred to as "Lace-Z." For context, in April 2025, Minaj became the target of a swatting incident after someone called the police and claimed that the rapper had been shot in her Hidden Hills home.

In her recent X post, Nicki Minaj seemingly referenced the incident as she wrote:

"Do you know how many millions of dollars I’ve paid in CALIFORNIA STATE TAXES?!??!?!! Could this have happened to [Governor Gavin] NEWSOME or LACE-Z’S home in a gated community over & over???????? With TMZ conveniently getting the news b4 me?"

Nicki Minaj's spat with Jay-Z reignited earlier this year in July 2025, after the female emcee claimed that Hov owed her $100 to 200 million for her equity in Tidal, a music streaming service. Jay-Z bought the platform in 2015, and Minaj was gifted 3% in equity at the time. In 2021, Jay-Z sold his majority stake to Jack Dorsey's Square for “an aggregate consideration of $302 million,” as reported by Complex.

In an X post in September 2024, Nicki Minaj claimed that she was offered only $1 million after the sale, alleging that she denied the offer as she felt she was being scammed. According to Us Weekly, in July 2025, she claimed that Hov owed her a "karmic debt" due to the sale, writing in an X post at the time:

"We’ve calculated about 100-200MM so far. #JayZ call me to settle this karmic debt. It’s only collecting more interest. You still in my TOP 5 tho. Let’s get it n***a. And anyone still calling him Hov will answer to God for the blasphemy."

Nicki Minaj is no stranger to online spats. Last month, the rapper engaged in a heated war of words with fellow emcee Cardi B, which resulted in both rappers trading insults targeting each other's families and children.
