Luke Wilson and Andrew Wilson are Owen Wilson's brothers.

Andrew Wilson was born to Robert and Laura Wilson on August 22, 1964. Their second son, Owen, was born a few years later on November 18, 1968. On September 21, 1971, their youngest brother, Luke, was born, completing the family.

Even though the three siblings were raised in Dallas, Texas, all of them have created their own identities in Hollywood and beyond. They've shown their support for each other by attending each other's movie premieres and working together in various ways, demonstrating their strong bond regardless of the time or place.

While studying at the University of Texas in Austin, Owen became roommates with director Wes Anderson. Their long-lasting partnership officially began at this meeting. In 1996, Wes Anderson made his directorial debut with Bottle Rocket, which also marked Owen's first role in a major picture. The film had initially been a short movie made two years prior. They later worked together on Rushmore and The Royal Tenenbaums, receiving an Academy Award nomination for Best Original Screenplay for the latter in 2001.

Owen frequently partners with Ben Stiller, starting with the 1996 film The Cable Guy, which was directed by Stiller. They have since acted together in more than ten movies, including Zoolander, the Night at the Museum series, and the Meet The Parents series. In 2021, Owen entered the Marvel Cinematic Universe, playing Mobius in the Disney+ show "Loki." The second season of "Loki" premiered in October 2023.

The oldest of the three Wilson brothers is Andrew Wilson. Though he has occasionally had a prominent role, he is not as well known as his younger brothers and typically plays supporting roles in their films. Together with his two younger brothers, he had his first important part in the 1996 film Bottle Rocket.

Andrew has also played supporting and minor roles in films featuring his siblings, such as Charlie's Angels, Zoolander, Rushmore, Hall Pass, and How Do You Know. He worked closely with Luke and Owen in the movie The Wendell Baker Story, which he co-directed with Luke. However, it appears that Andrew stopped working in Hollywood after 2017.

Luke Wilson, the younger brother of Owen Wilson, may not have the same recognizable blonde hair or fame as his brother, but he's built an impressive career in Hollywood. Both Luke and Owen started their acting journey back in high school in Dallas, Texas. Luke is well-known for his role in the comedy film Old School alongside Will Ferrell.

Luke has also taken on more serious roles, like as that of Roger Goodell, NFL Commissioner, in the film Concussion. He played Ashton Kutcher's older brother Casey Kelso in the television sitcom That '70s Show when he was a young actor.

In the 1994 short film Bottle Rocket, which Owen and Wes Anderson collaborated on, the two brothers made their first joint appearance. The Wilson brothers reprised their parts in the full-length version of this short film that was later made.

The Royal Tenenbaums, Wes Anderson's breakthrough movie, also starred Luke and Owen. They even portrayed the Wright brothers, famous aviators, in the Around the World in 80 Days film from 2004. Owen's film, Marry Me, which Luke is not part of, premiered on Peacock on February 8, 2022.
