#9 Ultimate Warrior
Ultimate Warrior might’ve been one of the most overrated wrestlers in WWE history but there would be no arguments about his face paint and costumes.
It wasn’t much of a costume to begin with as they were basically some streamers hanging from his hand which were well built from his body building days. In addition this he also had some similarly coloured shorts to go with it.
He was probably someone who made the best use of streamers. There was also a variation of Warrior wearing spray painted denim jackets in the 90s but it’s his run with the streamers that made him noticeable and different from the rest.
