5 Most dominant moments of Brock Lesnar

Brock Lesnar is one of the most dominating superstars in the current roster, period. The Beast has managed to develop a name for himself by destroying his opponents and the fun part is, he had this habit right from his debut.Lesnar was pushed to the moon in his first spell with the company and then he decided to try his hand in NFL. After realizing that it wasn’t his strong suit, he jumped to MMA and became one of the top stars in UFC.WWE rebooted his initial push when Lesnar returned and once again, he was beyond the stars. Over all those years, there have been some dominating moments from the Beast and here is a rundown on them.

#5 Beast debuts

The first impression is always the best impression and Brock underlined that statement with his debut. He Debuted back in 2002, in the night after WrestleMania and took out AL Snow, Maven and Spike Dudley as though they were some kinder garden students.

Al Snow was given a spine buster right into the trash can while Maven got a taste of some F5. Spike Dudley was the worse; he was given a triple power bomb after being clotheslined viciously.

It was probably one of the best ways to introduce someone new and since Paul Heyman was by his side, the fans knew something big is awaiting. He followed it up with a feud against the Hardy boys and he showed his dominance there as well.

#4 Shooting into the stars

The Angle that ran between Kurt Angle and Brock Lesnar was one of the reasons why SmackDown was a better brand than Raw back during Paul Heyman’s run as the lead writer.

Heyman knew how to book a show and this was why his ECW is still one of the most loved promotions despite being extinct for more than a decade. The angle between Kurt and Lesnar was capped off with a WrestleMania match between the two in 2003.

Kurt was wrestling with a broken neck, and Lesnar almost broke his neck. Despite these odds, they brought the roof down and Lesnar stamped his dominance by winning the match and the title. But the match will always be remembered for Lesnar’s botched star press move.

#3 Rock who?

2002 belonged to Brock Lesnar. After his impressive debut and the King of the Ring tournament, Lesnar went on to challenge the Rock at SummerSlam for the WWE Championship.

Rock went into the match and the entire WWE Universe was behind him. However, as the match progressed, the fans started to cheer for Lesnar even though he was a more heelish character than Rock. Both men had a back and forth match which culminated in a Lesnar win.

It was his first ever WWE Championship win and the fact that it came against The Rock made things more good looking for Lesnar. This win came just months after his debut and marked the start of a great journey.

#2 Blood of the Immortal

Getting a win over Hulk Hogan as a youngster is not a cake walk. If WWE lets you do that in front of the WWE Universe, then you know you are special. Hogan delivered everything he had in his arsenal to get a win over Lesnar, but nothing proved to be effective.

Lesnar even kicked out from the famous leg drop which slayed a lot of legends in the past. The Beast incarnated then went on to bear hug Hogan to win the match.

The immortal Hulk Hogan was not able to answer the referee’s call and Lesnar was declared the winner. After the match, Lesnar smeared Hogan’s blood on his chest and stood tall just like a warrior who slayed his prey.

#1 One in Twenty One and One

Paul Heyman bragged about this achievement for a whole year and is still keeping it hot. The reason for this is the sheer magnitude of what Lesnar did. Undertaker’s streak was the biggest draw for WrestleMania and if WWE was willing to let Lesnar end it, then it just shows his value.

And it wasn’t just any win, it was a dominating win. Lesnar destroyed the Phenom in his own backyard and walked out like nothing happened. The time literally stood still when the referee counted three and it was clearly the moment of this decade.

Ending the streak was hands down Lesnar’s most dominating moment and he will always be remembered as the one in Twenty one and one.
