Booking a Brock Lesnar vs Braun Strowman feud

Can the Blacksheep stop the Beast?It is Wrestlemania season again and Brock Lesnar is without an opponent. Lesnar has already feuded with the likes of the Undertaker, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins and John Cena. So who should be Lesnar's opponent this time around?Also, with the relentless push Lesnar has been receiving for the past three years, it might be time Lesnar did something to help the newer generation as well. And no one has been more impressive among the 2015 debutants than Braun Strawman. Can a Strawman vs Lesnar feud happen? Well, let us see the best way to take it forward.

#1 The initial confrontation on Raw

Every feud needs its starting point. Brock Lesnar is advertised to appear at next week’s Raw and that seems to be the obvious place to plant the seeds.

The entire Wyatt family could surround the ring while Lesnar and Paul Heyman are delivering their promo and could start an attack. Like almost any Wyatt attack, Rowan and Harper can be the early scapegoats whom Lesnar dominates. Bray could eat an F-5 as well so that the attention is squarely focused on Strowman.

This would prompt the Blacksheep to use his size and strength to subdue a distracted Lesnar using the standing triangle choke. The sight of the Beast left laid at the hands of Strowman would be a major motivation for the WWE fans to take the feud seriously

#2 Strowman elimiates Lesnar from the Rumble match

As much as the WWE want to push Strowman, they cannot afford to ignore Bray – which is why Bray cannot be left in limbo while Strowman battles the Beast.

With Sheamus’ status as Roman Reigns’ primary challenger coming to an end, Bray can possibly take up that role – by coming close to winning the title at Royal Rumble and feuding with Reigns afterwards.

But with Lesnar too rumoured to be in the Rumble, someone has to eliminate the Beast. Here is where Strowman comes in again. Strowman and Lesnar can clash in the Rumble match and if the Blacksheep can somehow eliminate the Beast, the feud will drive into a higher gear.

This would build it up nicely to a Lesnar vs Strowman match at Wrestlemania.

#3 Strowman takes out Paul Heyman

What can Strowman do to distress Lesnar and hype the Wrestlemania match while the Beast makes very few appearances on Raw? Easy; focus on Lesnar’s mouth piece – Paul Heyman.

Strawman can lock Heyman in his choke hold and it is sure to get Lesnar’s attention. This will gain a feeling of Lesnar being wronged by Strowman and the fans would relish the destruction that Lesnar would handout to Strawman when the pair finally meet.

Heyman can put over even a midget as a WWE Superstar and an angle with him would help the still green Strowman a lot. Also, the verbal exchanges between Bray and Paul would be pure gold and a standout aspect of the feud.

#4 A prelude to Lesnar\'s fury

Lesnar would need to be at his deadly best as he makes his final Raw appearance before his mania match with Strowman. The guinea pigs will once again be Erick Rowan and Luke Harper even though Lesnar will get his hands on Strowman as well.

Lesnar would possibly tease an F-5 on Strowman before being interrupted by the other two and would proceed to German Suplex both Harper and Rowan repeatedly to send a message to Strowman.

The F-5 would be delivered to both the guys too – probably one through the announce table for good measure. Strowman can watch all this from up the ramp and this would be the perfect way to cap off the feud at the go home Raw episode before Wrestlemania

#5 The match itself

The match will take place at Wrestlemania

Strowman cannot expect to beat Lesnar at this stage of his career, but he can definitely look strong in the match.

No one has really tested Lesnar in the ring and it would be a major boost to Strowman if he shrugs off a German Suplex like it is nothing and mount some offence. He can trap Lesnar in the triangle choke teasing a submission win.

Also, Lesnar can feign difficulty in lifting Strowman for the F-5.

The greatest feather in Strowman’s cap would be achieved if he can be booked to be held in the Kimura lock without tapping out. However, the end of the match will be after a flurry of offence from Lesnar who could deliver the F-5 to Strowman to get the three count.

One match would be enough for this feud and Strowman can possibly move on to become a challenger in the WWE World Heavyweight title picture in the aftermath of the match.
