WWE TLC 2014 : 3 Possible Endings for John Cena vs. Seth Rollins Tables Match

WWE rolled to Oklahoma this week for Monday Night Raw and the biggest take away of the entire show was the tables match made for TLC between Seth Rollins and John Cena.It is an exciting prospect to see the current face of WWE locking horns with the future face of the company but there is always a sense of tension lurking around due to the ‘Cena’ factor that has been causing some headaches for the WWE.Putting Cena’s No.1 contender ship in jeopardy was a great direction to the match as well. The big question is about the planned climax of the match. So here is a look at the possible endings that WWE could give the fans at TLC.

#3 Cena takes the shovel

A clean win for Cena cannot be ruled out due to many reasons. And the most prominent one from those reasons would obviously be WWE’s hobby of letting the fans go home disappointed.

With the quality of Rollins and the experience of Cena, the match is sure to be a great one but if Cena gets a good old clean win, it will bury Rollins. The architect will lose all the momentum he built up over the last few months while Cena will get nothing more than jeers.

It will probably be the worst blunder WWE could make at TLC and the company will have no creative progression with an ending like this as they will end up with two men who lost all their heat. And also, the internet fans will riot if Cena wins.

#2 The game changer

What if I told you that Seth Rollins will win cleanly against John Cena? It’s hard to digest isn’t it? But that’s the beauty of it. No one will see Rollins winning with such convincing fashion against Cena and it will go down as the biggest surprise in the pay-per-view.

With that win, Rollins would be able to stamp his place in the main event scene further while Cena will no longer been seen as a superman who doesn’t lose to youngsters.

A loss will nullify the No.1 contender ship of Cena which opens much wider doors for the company. We could see names like Randy Orton, Dean Ambrose, or even Dolph Ziggler in run for a championship opportunity and that ladies and gentleman is how you change the landscape of WWE for the better.

#1 Viper gives Rollins a ride through the table

While the last possible ending is mouthwatering and full of options, this is the one which is most likely to happen. Randy Orton has been out of television for a long time now and TLC looks set to be the place for his big return.

WWE needs to get Orton up and running in his face run before the Royal Rumble period and interfering in the match between Cena and Rollins is the ideal way. He could RKO Rollins into a table and cost him the match.

This will leave Cena to battle with Lesnar at Royal Rumble while Rollins and Orton could face off against eachother as well. It is one ending that will set things up pretty well for the WWE and this way, they’ll keep Rollins protected as well even if Cena is walking out as the winner.
