Naomi Osaka recently flaunted her latest Nike jacket while traveling to Beijing. The Japanese will start her China Open campaign, which begins on 25 September.
Osaka, known for her enthusiasm for unique styles on the court, began her partnership with Nike on April 4, 2019, after ending a four-year run with Adidas. Moreover, after her Australian Open triumph that year, she was set for a major extension with Adidas but chose not to renew, signing with Nike instead.
Osaka has since donned numerous unique styles on the court designed by the sports and apparel brand. Moreover, her custom-designed outfit by Nike for the 2024 Australian Open received ample praise from fans.
The four-time Major champion recently showcased her love for Nike outfits by flaunting a stylish jacket in her Instagram story. She added a caption to her story, calling it a "sick jacket."
"Oh nothing just me and the sickest jacket Nike has ever made," she wrote in her story.
The 26-year-old also showed the unique design of her jacket in her second story, writing:
"Prepare to be sick of me in this jacket cause it's never coming off"
In her third Instagram story, Osaka flaunted the face mask she wore while traveling.
"Dalmatian face mask in the plane because I have no shame," she wrote.

Osaka's most recent appearance was at the 2024 US Open, where the Japanese exited in the second round, losing to Karolina Muchova.
Naomi Osaka sported a unique custom-made Nike outfit during her 2024 US Open campaign
After missing the New York Major last year due to her pregnancy hiatus, Naomi Osaka returned to Flushing Meadows this year sporting a custom-made Nike outfit during her first-round match against Jelena Ostapenko. The Japanese star wore a white shirt with a lemon-green bow tie at the back, paired with a matching skirt and white Nike sneakers.

In her post-match press conference, Naomi Osaka said that she and American designer Yoon Ahn had been discussing the outfit for some time, and she was pleased to see people excited about it.
"Yoon is so nice, she accepted doing this project, and we’ve kind of been talking about it for a few years now. So just to be able to wear it and see it come to life and see that people are excited to see it, yeah, it’s really cool," Osaka said (via WTA).
Osaka has not had a great season so far, with her best results being quarterfinal finishes at the Qatar Open and the Libéma Open. She has won 19 out of 35 matches this season. Following a subpar North American hardcourt swing, Osaka will look to win her first tour-level title at the WTA 1000 event in Beijing.
