Day 4 of the 2025 Libema Open in s'-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands, promises to be a cracker with several former top players like Daniil Medvedev and Hubert Hurkacz in action. The top-seeded doubles pair of Nikola Metkic and Michael Venus will also resume their bid for title glory at the grasscourt event on Thursday (June 12).

Let's take a look at how some of the exciting men's singles and doubles matches at the Rosmalen Grass Court Championships on Day 4 will likely go down:

#1 Daniil Medvedev (2022 Libema Open finalist) vs Adrian Mannarino (2019 Libema Open champion)

Top-seeded Daniil Medvedev will be eager to turn his season around at the Libema Open, where he finished runner-up in 2022. Having received a first-round Bye at the ATP 250 tournament, the Russian has compiled a mediocre 18-11 win/loss record this year so far and exited the men's top 10 for the first time since 2023.

Adrian Mannarino, meanwhile, secured his first-ever ATP singles title at the 2019 Libema Open, but has arrived at the 2025 edition of the grasscourt event with subpar form. The Frenchman had lost in the qualifying event before making it to the main draw as a Lucky Loser, where he beat Australia's Christopher O'Connell in straight sets to reach the second round.

Medvedev and Mannarino are tied 4-4 in their head-to-head meetings on the ATP Tour, with the latter having won two of their three encounters in s'-Hertogenbosch (2016, 2022-23). That said, the World No. 11 is the far more in-form player of the two in 2025, making him the firm favorite in this match-up.

Pick: Daniil Medvedev to win in straight sets.

#2 Hubert Hurkacz vs Mark Lajal

Fifth-seeded Hubert Hurkacz has been a shadow of his past self since enduring a tough knee injury at last year's Wimbledon. The World No. 32 has accumulated a 15-11 win/loss record in 2025, with his latest victory coming against Roberto Bautista Agut in the first round of the Libema Open on Wednesday (June 11).

World No. 195 Mark Lajal picked up only his second ATP singles win of the year in 's-Hertogenbosch earlier this week, beating the higher-ranked Laslo Djere after qualifying for the 250-level event. The big-serving Estonian has never faced off against the Pole and might spring an upset on Day 4 as he has much more match practice under his belt.

Pick: Lajal to win in three sets.

#3 Ugo Humbert vs Dan Evans

Former World No. 21 Dan Evans qualified for the men's singles draw at this year's Libema Open before beating Rinky Hijikata from a set down in the first round on Wednesday. Making his tournament debut in 's-Hertogenbosch, the 35-year-old is a dark horse considering his aptitude for grass.

Second-seeded Ugo Humbert, on his part, received a first-round Bye at the ATP 250 tournament. The Frenchman reached the semifinals of the grasscourt event last year, where he lost to eventual winner Alex de Minaur. He leads his older opponent 1-0 in their head-to-head tour-level meetings and will have to be at the top of his powers to reach the quarterfinals.

Pick: Humbert to win in three sets.

#4 Alexei Popyrin vs Zizou Bergs

Fourth-seeded Alexei Popyrin will be eager to nab his first title of the year at the 2025 Libema Open and has gotten in optimal rest, having received a first-round Bye at the 250-level event. The Aussie didn't go past the second round in his two previous appearances at the tournament.

Zizou Bergs, meanwhile, broke into the men's top 50 for the first time earlier in May. The Belgian matched his career-best result in 's-Hertogenbosch earlier on Wednesday, beating qualifier Alexander Blocks in three sets to reach the second round. While Popyrin defeated him in their lone encounter at the Indian Wells Masters earlier this year, the World No. 63 will be buoyed by support from the Dutch tennis fan contingent on Thursday.

Pick: Bergs to win in three sets.

#5 Nikola Metkic / Michael Venus vs Jesper De Jong / Zizou Bergs

Zizou Bergs will be pulling double duty on Day 4 of the 2025 Libema Open as he and local favorite Jesper De Jong team up against the top-seeded pair of Nikola Metkic and Michael Venus. Both teams weathered a deciding-set super-tiebreaker in their respective first-round matches and will be looking to reach the semifinals in 's-Hertogenbosch.

Metkic and Venus, on their part, have both enjoyed favorable results at the 250-level event in the past. While the former World No. 1 Croat finished runner-up in men's doubles at the Libema Open last year, the New Zealander won the 2016 edition of the tournament partnering Croatia's Mate Pavic. They won the ASB Classic in January this year and are the favorite to secure their second title together at the Libema Open this week.

Pick: Metkic / Venus to win in straight sets.
