Fans of SEVENTEEN’s Woozi defend him after a post linked him to the YouTuber Lion Prince, despite him denying their connection in the past. Woozi and Lion Prince once again gained attention due to a Nate Pann post that talked about the similarity between their voices.
Due to the similarity between their voices, many netizens speculated they are the same person. The confusion deepened as the Lion Prince kept his face hidden. The post drew negative comments from Korean netizens towards Woozi.
The post was later translated into English by Pann Choa, reaching the international fandom of SEVENTEEN. Previously, in 2024, Woozi and Lion Prince both denied the allegations and urged their fans not to mention them together again.
The viral Nate Pann post has gained criticism from fans, as they believe this would make Woozi and the YouTuber uncomfortable. They turned to X to voice their thoughts about their association.

"People who don't know anything should just shut up like why do you keep insisting that he is that and this when he already confirmed that he is not?! You dumb? Or are you illiterate to read and comprehend shit like this? Go outside and touch some grass fr fcks sake," a fan wrote.
Meanwhile, Korean netizens were surprised by the alleged connection between the SEVENTEEN vocalist and the YouTuber.
The way he desperately pretends like he doesn't care is legendary. Even when I've never watched a single video of his, it's always being promoted in my timeline," a netizen said.
"Looking at the fans on Twitter, it looks like an open secret. His mouth is f*cking tight, how was he able to hide it for so long," another netizen wrote.
"Woozi’s fans are so insanely loyal. They get bullied on Twitter all the time, meanwhile he never even interacts with the fans… If it were me, I would've just left the fandom already," a user added.
