The episode released on Thursday, April 18, on MTV, Jersey Shore Family Vacation saw the cast's last moments in Nashville. Apart from the highlight hot wings contest, the growing tensions between Angelina Pivarnick and Sammi Giancola took center stage. It didn't only leave the cast divided, but also left fans divided.
Jersey Shore Family Vacation is a spin-off of Jersey Shore, where the JS family goes on a trip across the country before coming back to their original abode of Seaside Heights for a final reunion.

Pauly D hosts a chicken-eating contest
After Sammi met with her ex-husband and Jersey Shore alumni Ronnie and left the cast in awkward silence, Pauly D decided to loosen up the group by hosting a hot wings eating contest.
Much like the viral YouTube show Hot Ones, the contest had batches of wings coming in one after the other, with each batch spicier than the previous one. The rules were simple, whoever survives it wins. Most people on the table fell out, except two, who held a fight till the end.
They were Jenny and Mike. They kept their pace while gobbling up the spicy chicken wings of the lot, and drew a tie. They were both highly commended for their spice tolerance by their peers and were even gifted $500 each by Pauly D.
Angelina Pivarnick opens up to Ronnie Magro
In her confrontation with Ronnie, Angelina complained about Sammi picking fights with her. And while Ronnie wanted them to talk things out, Angelina maintained that it was Sammi who kept on insinuating fights with her.
Angelina then blamed Mike for being the root of her and Sammi's beef. She then summoned Mike to the table where Vinny, Ronnie, and Pauly were already present.
When she insisted on getting to the root of Sammi's animosity towards her, Mike accused her of picking a fight with everyone. Angelina then pointed out incidents from the past that included Mike and tried to paint him as an insinuator. However the latter denied all her claims. The back-and-forth between the flashbacks and the discussion did not conclude anything as Vinny deemed it pointless.
Sammi and Angelina share their feud with their respective partners
When her fiancé Justin asked her how her trip was, Sammi said it was the longest trip. She said she didn't want to have a peace talk with Angelina, because she was unbothered by her presence. She said she was going to stay silent and "co-exist" with her co-star. She also said that she didn't understand how the person who reunited her with the whole cast turned her back on her.
Angelina on the other hand had similar grievances with Sammi. She told her boyfriend Vinny about Sammi's "you talk too much" comment, and said, "B**ch you [Sammi] talk too little". Angelina said she didn't understand how Sammi deemed her the "bad guy" after she bought a house with the money Angelina made her.
The men talk about Sammi and Angelina's feud
At lunch together, the men of the show including Ronnie, Mike, Pauly, and Vinny discuss the feud at hand. They unanimously admitted to wanting to move on but the ladies held them back. After theorizing the reasons for their aggression, they concluded that the best thing would be for both of them to talk it out.
