Truth Hurts hitmaker Lizzo recently took to social media to react to a new South Park episode that referenced her. The episode titled The End of Obesity aired on Friday and seemingly took aim at people using Ozempic to lose weight.

The singer took to Instagram on Friday, May 24 to react to a portion of the episode that featured a drug named after her which made people feel good about their weight. The episode included a commercial for the drug, which was part of the section the artist reacted to.

The singer complimented herself for showing the world how to love themselves and not care to the point where South Park took notice.

"That’s crazy. I just feel like, damn, I’m really that b***h," she said.

Lizzo took the South Park reference in a positive light

Just after The End of Obesity, Friday's South Park special episode that featured references to Lizzo, aired, the singer took to social media to blindly react to a portion of it. She started her video by claiming that she was scared and that her "worst fear" had been actualized as she was referenced in a South Park episode.

The portion the singer reacted to featured Sharon from South Park promoting a new obesity drug named after the singer for those who couldn't afford Ozempic. The episode segwayed into a commercial for this drug as the narrator said:

"FDA approved Lizzo makes you feel good about your weight."

The commercial further claimed that 70% of the people on this drug no longer care about how much they weigh. According to the ad, the fake drug helped people eat everything they wanted and "keep physical activity to a minimum." However, it had some side effects.

The narrator urged users to "stop listening to Lizzo" if they experience suicidal thoughts. Some of the other side effects mentioned included pancreatitis, hypothermia, and more. The commercial added:

"Are you living with concerns of obesity? Ask about the power of not giving a f**k with Lizzo!"

The singer, who looked surprised by the ad at various points, then spoke about being referenced in the episode and said:

"I really showed the world how to love yourself and not give a f**k to the point where these men in Colorado know who the f**k I am and put it on their cartoon that’s been around for 25 years."

She added:

"I'm really that b***h and I'll show you all how to not give a f**k and I'mma keep on showing you how to not give a f**k."

However, this portion of the episode was not the only time the singer was mentioned. During the episode, when Eric wanted to lose weight but couldn't afford Ozempic, the doctor wrote him a prescription for the aforementioned drug named after the singer and said:

"She’s a really good singer who talks about body positivity, and just being happy with the way you look. I want you to listen to Lizzo five times a day, and watch her videos just before bedtime. I’m afraid you’ll have to be on Lizzo for the rest of your life."

Later in the episode, Sharon, who was on the same drug experienced side effects. The doctor claims that she had "dia-bear-ties," which was described in the show as diabetes that occurs in the ear and as a result, Sharon finally received a prescription for Ozempic.

South Park: The End of Obesity, the 328th episode of the series overall, aired on Friday, May 21, and is available for streaming on Paramount +.
