Valorant Champions 2024 will be the final VCT event of the year. A total of sixteen teams will battle for the title of Valorant world champion in Seoul, South Korea, from August 1 to August 25, 2024. The 2024 season has been very interesting to watch as new players have dominated the big stage, bringing a different flavor to the Valorant esports scene. This season also witnessed the first time a Pacific team won an international event, proving that their region does have the capability to dominate on the global stage.
The final event of the year will be nothing but exciting as it will have a mixture of favorites alongside some new faces on the international stage. Below is the list of all 16 teams that qualified for Valorant Champions 2024.

The Americas region has looked strong this season, with Leviatán being its first team to qualify for Valorant Champions 2024. This superteam has been getting better with each match and made it to the Champions comfortably after brilliant performances in VCT Americas Stage 2. The same can be said for G2 Esports, as the team remained consistently good since Stage 1 despite going through a critical roster change and a role switch.
Sentinels became the third American team to make it to Valorant Champions 2024 after accumulating the most championship points; this was largely thanks to their triumph at the Americas Kickoff and Masters Madrid. Finally, KRÜ Esports earned the last Champions slot after winning a Bo3 (Best-of-three) series against 100 Thieves in the Lower Semifinals of Stage 2. This will mark KRÜ's first international appearance in the 2024 season.
2) EMEA

EMEA has struggled to remain at the top throughout the 2024 season. One of its top teams, Fnatic, returned to form only in EMEA's Stage 2 after failing to qualify for Madrid and putting on an underwhelming performance in Shanghai. With the addition of hiro, this squad has completely reinvented themselves and is looking like a top team again. Team Heretics is easily the best EMEA team of the 2024 season so far. After a dominant performance in Stage 2, they locked in their Champions spot with ease.
FUT Esports will also be making a return as they qualified by having the most championship points. This is mostly due to their strong performances in both Stage 1 and Stage 2. Lastly, Seoul will witness Team Vitality making their first-ever international appearance after displaying some incredible improvement throughout Stage 2.
3) Pacific

Gen.G is arguably the best team in the world right now. They have consistently remained in the top two of all the events so far, which includes their win at Masters Shanghai. Hence, their qualification in Valorant Champions 2024 is not surprising. Paper Rex will also be making their way to this event. Following their runners-up finish at Champions 2023, PRX will be looking to finally win the world championship this year.
DRX has had some ups and downs in 2024. After a couple of roster changes, this team has returned to form and finally booked their spot in Valorant Champions 2024. Talon Esports made it to the final event of this year by accumulating enough championship points. This will be the first international appearance in 2024 for both these teams.

EDward Gaming was the first Chinese team to qualify for Valorant Champions 2024. They have maintained their status as the region's best in the 2024 season as well and hence made it champions rather comfortably. FunPlus Phoenix has also guaranteed a spot in 2024's final event. This team has improved quite a lot since the past year and even managed to score their first international win on the global stage.
Trace Esports and Bilibili Gaming will be making their first international appearance of the season at Valorant Champions 2024. Both teams had incredible showings in Stage 2. However, Bilibili Gaming guaranteed their spot through championship points whereas Trace Esports placed in the top three. The Chinese region has looked rather disappointing in the international events this year and champions 2024 could be their chance to change this completely.
