The Legend Killer is a likely future Hall of Famer.
Randy Orton has been a mainstay in the upper echelon of WWE for the last decade. If John Cena or Triple H wasn't holding major titles, it was often Orton who was.

Whether as a member of Evolution or Legacy, Orton carried gold more times than a lot of superstars combined could ever dream to.
Since he's mainly been a top champion in WWE, he's held both the US Title and the IC Title once each. He's also only had one reign as a tag team champion back when he and Edge were Team Rated RKO.
As world champ, however, Orton trails only Cena and Triple H for this list's purposes. Orton has held the World Heavyweight Championship four times and is a nine-time WWE Champion.
While one would think that Orton would be moving into a part-time role at this point in his career, he seems to still be going full time, meaning that there could be more titles in his future.
