2 heel and 2 face turns we could see at WWE Survivor Series 2019

We are just hours away from Survivor Series, which is set to be one of the most exciting editions of the PPV in recent times. The addition of NXT to the show has spiced things up, and if NXT TakeOver: WarGames - which happened on Saturday night - is any indication, we are in for a treat!

Eight matches have been announced for Survivor Series 2019, five of those inter-brand matches, while there are three intra-brand matches as well. Brock Lesnar will defend his WWE Championship against Rey Mysterio, The Fiend Bray Wyatt will put his Universal title on the line against Daniel Bryan, while Adam Cole puts his NXT Championship on the line against Pete Dunne.

At a huge PPV like Survivor Series, there are bound to be some shocks and surprises that WWE have in store for us. We could possibly see a few face and heel turns on the show to keep the viewer on the edge of their seats.

Let's take a look at 2 heel and 2 face turns we could see at Survivor Series 2019.

#5 Kevin Owens - Heel

Kevin Owens made a shocking return to NXT, a night before Survivor Series at NXT TakeOver: WarGames. Triple H has clarified that this does not mean that Owens is on NXT permanently, but there could be a possibility of this happening.

Owens, who has switched multiple times between being a face and heel on WWE over the last year or so, needs a solid feud in the coming months to stay relevant in WWE.

He will be a part of Team RAW alongside Seth Rollins, Drew McIntyre, Randy Orton, and Ricochet, when the red brand takes on Team SmackDown and Team NXT in a 5-on-5-on-5 Survivor Series triple threat elimination match.

Owens, who has been a babyface over the last few months, could perhaps turn heel - once again - when he attacks his own teammates and officially joins NXT. This could be in continuation of the storyline of this past week when Triple H tried to coax Owens to join him at NXT.

#4 Sarah Logan - Face

Sarah Logan, formerly of the Riott Squad, has been away from WWE television for a long time, and was surprisingly included in RAW's women's team for Survivor Series.

She will team up with Charlotte Flair, Natalya, Asuka, and Kairi Sane to take on Team SmackDown and Team NXT. She has been competing on WWE's Main Event show, with her last main roster match coming way back in July.

Logan, when she was a part of the Riott Squad, was a heel and has been a heel throughout her main roster career since being called up from NXT back in 2017. We could very well see her being repackaged and brought in as a babyface, which could start at Survivor Series, this Sunday.

She could perhaps have a mini feud with SmackDown's Dana Brooke in the match as the two have wrestled a few times on WWE Main Event over the last few months.

#3 Seth Rollins - Heel

Seth Rollins has been "The Guy" of WWE over the last two years, becoming the face of the WWE brand following Roman Reigns' absence due to cancer. Rollins has won the Universal title on more than one occasion and had a good rivalry with Brock Lesnar, but now seems to not have anything interesting on the horizon.

He, like Kevin Owens, was given an invitation to join Triple H at NXT, but he declined it. Rollins has been a babyface on WWE television for a long time, and fans have probably gotten tired of his face run and his stale character (which could be one of the reasons for the boos he's getting lately).

WWE could spice things up and turn him heel at Survivor Series, which would probably be for the good as the best run Rollins had in WWE was when he was a heel a few years ago.

#1 Daniel Bryan - Face

Daniel Bryan has been a heel for a year now, having turned on AJ Styles to win the WWE Championship last year, holding the title till WrestleMania. His heel persona helped elevate the feud that he had with Kofi Kingston, with Kingston winning the title at 'Mania.

Since then, he teamed with Erick Rowan, and then that team broke up when Bryan sided with Roman Reigns following Rowan's attack on Reigns.

Bryan has been teasing a face turn ever since, but WWE have not pulled the trigger on that. But, WWE could do it at Survivor Series where Bryan faces off against The Fiend Bray Wyatt for the Universal title.

He could perhaps embrace the "YES" chants once again and give the fans what they have been wanting for a long time. We could maybe see this feud with The Fiend go on for the next month or two, and culminate at Royal Rumble.
