#3 Ricochet
Ricochet has had quite a meteoric rise on WWE television ever since he signed with them in 2018. In two years, he has gone from NXT, where he won the North American Championship, to being called up to RAW and then winning the United States Championship.

It's quite clear that WWE sees something in him and that his incredible athletic ability has won over the WWE Universe. Ricochet has enjoyed a good run on the red brand over the last year or so, and that push could continue in 2020.
Last month, Wrestling Observer's Dave Meltzer stated that Ricochet is one of a few Superstars who WWE wants to push:
“You can see them every week. It’s Aleister Black, it’s Ricochet, it’s Buddy Murphy, it’s Charlotte Flair and it’s Drew McIntyre. They want to get these people over. They want to elevate these people. At least there’s a plan.
He was not a part of last year's Royal Rumble, but Ricochet has been announced for this year's men's Royal Rumble match, where we could see him be one of the Iron Men in the match, lasting a long time.
