3 Biggest Things we could see on this week's NXT - Unexpected Challenge, Invasion?

NXT to suffer from their own medicine

NXT will come back to TV screens this Wednesday after the brand successfully invaded both SmackDown and RAW. Fans will see the build toward NXT Takeover: War Games and quite possibly another invasion, but this time from RAW and SmackDown.

The WWE Universe has been treated to some amazing action by the company in the past week and NXT will look to continue that momentum. The Black and Gold Brand has some exciting action planned already as Pete Dunne will face Damian Priest this Wednesday Night.

We may see Johnny Gargano give an answer to Finn Balor, along with the continuation of Tommaso Ciampa's hunt for the NXT Championship, or as 'The Black Heart' likes to say, "Hunt for Goldie."

It is noteworthy that Triple H has to build toward two separate feuds in November, as both NXT Takeover: War Games and Survivor Series are scheduled.

On that note, let's take a look at the three things we could possibly see on this week's edition of NXT.

#3 Killian Dain intervenes in the match between Pete Dunne & Damien Priest

Pete Dunne is dealing with a lot right now. First, he has drawn the attention of 'The Beast from Belfast' Killian Dain. This is despite the fact that Dunne already has a foe in Damian Priest, who recently used a low blow to get a win over 'The Bruiserweight.' To add, Tyler Bate, Dunne's friend, was destroyed by Dain last week on NXT.

As it stands, 'The Bruiserweight' has a lot to think about going into this week's huge match against 'The Archer of Infamy'. Fans should not rule out any in-match interference from Killian Dain, which would likely cost Dunne the match. 'The Bruiserweight's' string of bad luck might not end there, as Dain will most likely continue attacking him. Dunne's only hope might be a save from Tyler Bate.

#2 Bayley & Sasha Banks instigate an attack on Shayna Baszler

Last week on SmackDown, Bayley was successfully defending her Smackdown Women's Championship against Nikki Cross when NXT Women's Champion Shayna Baszler came out of nowhere with a vicious assault.

This week on RAW, Shayna Baszler interrupted Becky Lynch's interview and both Superstars talked about how they are going to face each other as part of a huge Triple Threat Match at Survivor Series when 'The Man,' Baszler, and Bayley come face to face to face.

The two talked as if Bayley didn't exist in the match, which is why this interview might have been done in order to make Bayley look like an underdog heading into Survivor Series.

To stake her claim and exact revenge for what previously occurred on SmackDown, expect Bayley to instigate an attack on the NXT Women's Champion with the help of her friend, Sasha Banks. It should be noted that Baszler has her protective shield around her in Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir. Therefore, Bayley might bring some more help from SmackDown. Could Becky Lynch even things out? Tune in Wednesday to find out.

#1 Seth Rollins demands a shot at the NXT Championship at Survivor Series

This week on RAW, everyone expected Seth Rollins to snap and turn heel while addressing his future in front of the WWE Universe, but that didn't happen. Instead, Triple H offered him an opportunity to rejoin him in NXT.

In turn, Rollins demanded an opportunity for the NXT Championship later in the night, but the match ended in a disqualification after The Undisputed Era decided to attack 'The Beastslayer.'

Rollins has some unfinished business with Adam Cole and his Undisputed Era buddies. Therefore, expect the former Universal Champion to show up on NXT this Wednesday Night to demand a rematch for the NXT Championship, only this time at Survivor Series.

'The Black Heart' Tommaso Ciampa has been chasing after 'Goldie' since his return, so this won't sit well at all with him. Expect Ciampa to interrupt 'The Beastslayer' and ruin Seth Rollins' homecoming.

After this, WWE can do anything they'd like. The company could set-up a Number One Contender's Match between Rollins and Ciampa or allow Adam Cole to defend his Championship in a Triple Threat Match.

This might be a long-shot, but with Survivor Series right around the corner, anything can happen!
