#2: Why the Wild Card Rule mostly benefits Roman Reigns as a top star

It's been a week since the inception of WWE's Wild Card Rule on RAW.

There was a lot of negative buzz surrounding the idea itself. Now that a week has passed, there is still a considerable amount of resistance to embracing WWE's Wild Card Rule, but the conversation has already moved on.

One thing that has apparently been clear so far is that the Wild Card Rule seems to benefit Roman Reigns a lot. He is one of the top stars in today's main roster lineup (including both brands).

To have The Big Dog on both shows essentially benefits the company to some extent, since Reigns has a widespread reach currently.

It does take away TV Time from other potential superstars on both brands, now that there has to be a specifically allotted timeslot for a Roman Reigns segment.

Even the Universal Title feud had nothing major going on last night, but it seems like no matter which superstars appear on the rival brand every week, Roman Reigns will likely be a constant on both brands in the foreseeable future, thanks to the Wild Card Rule.
